    end of watch

    by

This movie was out of control good. As a prior service marine it was not only moving but perfectly displayed the brother hood that service members have. This movie is a must see for everyone and i would as soon say that all who watch this will have a new found respect for those who protect our streets.

    MUST SEE!!

This is such an AMAZING film....After watching the trailers for it I wanted to see it because im really an advocate of law enforcement officers and I knew that it would have some great action in it but I would have never thought it would be this amazing! From the beginning to the end it was full of laughs, action, comedy, cries etc. I plan to go see it again before it leaves the theatres but I must also see Taken 2 and Alex Cross. End of it all AWESOME film..please go and support it!!!

    Pleasant Surprise

I have been recommending this movie to everyone I know. You should too. The humor, the action is all on point and with perfect timing. Whether you're a cop or a thug, there is something for you in this movie.

    End of Watch

This is the most realistic police movie that I have seen. The main characters did an awesome job. The producer did a great job of depicting life everyday in the police world.

I really enjoyed the movie and loved the gun fights, especially the gold AK. But not for the faint heart! had comedy but lots of violence! Not reccommended for kids.

Terrific movie. I loved how you could see that cops are everyday people with normal lives and then are faced with life threatening challenges during thier duty hours.

    Buddies to the End

    by edfinn

This is one of the best cop/buddy movies ever. Fascinating glimpse at life on the streets for a pair of pretty righteous L.A. cops. What makes this movie stand out is its realism and great acting by the two leads. We're talking Oscar level here, IMHO.

Theres something wrong with you if you dont love this movie!

I went into this thinking it was going to be an okay movie, but as soon as the first scene passed, I knew I was in for one hell of a ride! This movie has the best acting I have seen all year. It's so real that you forget at one point your watching a movie. As silly as it sounds in one point in the movie I felt like my life was on the line just as theirs. Superb job overall, people complain about too much cussing but in reality cops do cuss just as much as the guys in this movie. This is a movie I would see again a few times, YOU NEED TO SEE THIS MOVIE!

    End of Watch

After Training Day I had big expectations. The movie was good and I had a good time. It was a little Hollywood about the police force and some scenes seemed kind of cheesy. It is good at the movies would be GREAT on video

    It depends

    by skoppy

I thought the use of foul language was extreme. There were more swear words in each sentence then are in most movies and it detracted from the story. The camera work was terrible.

The storyline was alright. And I shed a few tears somewhere along the way.

Adults only. This is definitely not for children. I saw a mother leaving the movie with her approximately 8 year old daughter, and this movie is full of violence, murder, blood, and language. That's ridiculous.

    sad world we live in

The movie is basically a string of disgusting crimes with good natured police banter intertwined. I laughed out load more than once, but it does not make up for the scenes of the awful things people do to other people that we had to sit through. Yeah, cop movies are like cop tv shows on steroids - I get that. I think it is just too real. Movies like Taken are so much less so that one can sit through all kinds of mayhem and still leave the theatre without being depressed. Oh well, if you violent movies this is for you.

    End of Watch is GREAT!!!

This movie has every good quality a movie should have.I went to see this movie with my boyfriend and cousin last night. We all LOVED it! we laughed so many times! There was suspense, action, drama, and a love story all wrapped into one movie. I cried in that movie. And not the usual, one tear. I CRIED for about 7 minutes, but in the sense that it was so good. Jake Gyllenhall is extremely sexy in his uniform, and him and Michael Pena have great chemistry on the screen. Both amazing actors. You can tell they had a lot of fun making this movie, and they do so well at making it feel real. I don't think I've ever seen a movie from them that I haven't liked, yet.
