    Skyfall is phenomenal!

I watched Skyfall: The IMAX Experience last night and it was absolutely phenomenal! Truly fantastic! I feel though that it differed from the rest of the bond films a tiny bit, but besides the fact it was a great film! The acting, cinematography, and writing was awesome. I was confused a little bit once or twice but when I thought about it it made more sense. Either way it is a must see!

    Skytfall

I have watched the transformation of James Bond from the beginning to this last film. I think this film is a winner because it links the old cold war spy to the new computer bad guy. There were a lot of references to Bond being too old to be in the field, and newer, younger players working computers being the spearhead of the British espionage unit MI6. In the end the guy who pulls the trigger is the hero. His name is Bond. James Bond.

    Skyfall, a Thriller

Fun for kids of any age.

Skyfall was most notable for its 007-trademark action scenes -- like the opener, the orchestrated martial fight high in Shanghai, and the home stretch leading up to the finale.

A couple of things that seemed out-of-place though and were probably the result of some unnecessary license -- were the role of M in the last half, and Bond running around in heavy action scenes...wearing a snug-fitting, expensive suit.

However the flick was great for its action and there was never a dull moment.

A must for the Big Screen. Don't wait for the video.

    Bond Lover

We watched Skyfall in IMax and loved it. Daniel Craig is a dynamite James Bond - best one since Sean Connery. Directing was great and action was thrilling.

    Skyfall...Best Bond EVER

    by jchart

This movie was FANTASTIC! Awesome story, amazing action, and great cinamatography. It is a very fast 2.5 hours and at the end I wished it would start again. They don't make it into a cliche, but hit all the important Bond legacy pieces. Best part for me: vintage car/music/film quality piece toward the end. Everyone in the audience clapped at the end...when was the last time that happened?? Totally fun experience! And SO MUCH BETTER in IMAX. If ever there was a movie that could fill that screen, this is it!

    Skyfall in IMAX

Awesome movie and IMAX made it even better. I've gotten to the point I won't even go to the theater if it's not IMAX. When the Tube (subway) came through the ceiling our seats were shaking. It's the first time I've ever felt a movie. The movie and experience were incredible. Keep 'em coming.

Skyfall - A Return to Classic Bond Films

Skyfall in IMAX was a fabulous movie experience. The best part of the new film is how it feels like an early Bond movie. The focus is on good versus evil, action, and plot over gadgets, gimmicks and the absurd. Back to its roots...Bond is at its best. Very entertaining and more realisitic than the majority of Bond films. Worth the price and then some...

    Great Movie

This is one of the best Bond movies of all time, but even if you have not seen any James Bond movies you will still really enjoy it.

May not get nominations but, too good to miss.

    by

The IMAX experience is for the young at heart as is "Skyfall". Midst all the chases, explosions, and romance is the story of James Bonds' home as a boy. Nothing to sneeze at, but all goes up in flames to try to save the only person in the organization who had faith in James. The past and the present were never meant to be so closely associated. In the end 007 fails to save us from his childhood ghosts, and may never be able to save us from his intense love affair with always being just who he is. "Skyfall" is as good as it gets in the world of Ian Flemmings' hero working for Scotland Yard. We can't scream any louder for you James.

    "Skyfall"

    by Billy58

I liked "Skyfall". It was OK. That's about as excited as I can get about it. And I'm a James Bond fan. I don't know exactly why I'm not raving about it. It was just a bit boring. Maybe it's because it was too internal, i.e., dealing all about MI6. Thus, there weren't a lot of exotic locales. One very bright note, though, Javier Bardem deserves a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination. He was amazing.

See "Skyfall" f you want to, but be forewarned, it's not one of the best Bond films.

    Great Flic; something always happening

    by shellyf

Daniel Craig proves once again that he is the best Bond character actor ever. His is a rugged handsomeness accompanied with great fisticuffs and a little lovin' thrown in. The last quarter of the film slows down considerably and was somewhat disappointing but the final few minutes were very good. They spent too much time building up to it. This action/adventure picture is good for most audiences and the IMAX experience while pretty good was just not worth the huge extra expense.

Yes, Bond is Back and Better Than Ever!

    by jshatan

Or at least, as good as ever. This is a handsome, exciting, film that finds a meeting ground between the old-school Bond travelogue + action formula and more modern action-movie tropes. Craig is great, Dench is wonderful, Bardem is chilling, Ralph Fiennes is having a blast and Albert Finney is a gem. All in all, a worthy addition to the canon that does a great job of building excitement for the next entry.

My only complaint is that irritating Adele song - "In the SkyFOAL, when it crumBOWL" - over and over. Oy. Probably better than that Jack White - Alicia Keys disaster, though!

    The best Bond so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have seen this movie three times in different Imax theaters and by far, the Dublin, CA is the best one. The one in Denver, Colorado is also good.

The film, has all the elements of a good film, plus the ending is not predictable in every way shape of form.

My favorite movie of the year! Best Bond film ever...of all time.

This is the best Bond movie ever...of all time. Daniel Craig once again does a phenomenal job as Bond. Havier Bardem (I spelled it wrong I know) is one of the best Bond villians ever. He acts a lot like Heath Ledger's version of The Joker. This movie is filled with Action, Comedy, and Suspense that keeps you entertained throughout the entire film. The theme song SKYFALL performed by: ADELE, fits perfectly with the intro to the movie. Also The IMAX was incredible, I don't think I will be able to see this again in Theaters unless I see it in IMAX again :)

    SkyFall OO7

An absolute MUST GO! Worth the wait and definitely lived up to the hype ... the IMAX experience was stimulating. Glad it stayed true to the old school formula. I'd rate it in the Top Five Best of all the OO7s ....
