    GREAT but

    Skyfall was definitely one of the best Bond movies there is no doubt about that. However that being said, as a die hard 007 fan, i did have a few issues with it:

    1. you cannot blow up the aston martin DB5 that is sacrilegious
    2. you cannot comment on Bonds age since he is timeless
    3. Bond should never have relations with moneypenny past the banter in the office
    4. James bond is not Bi any one who thinks he is does't know bond but this movie does make statements that may confuse a non die hard such as my self.

    Other than those small issues, the themes and plot of this story are incredible, james bond is simply put just epic!

    Back to awesome

    I saw the new James Bond last night on IMAX. It was definitely worth the IMAX experience. The plot was a bit weird and Javier Bardem was a creepy freak but a great and mysterious villain. The only real criticism I have is that the movie could have been about 1/2 hour shorter. The end seemed to drag on for quite awhile and I was ready for the whole thing to wrap up. But I love that Bond is back in action and there are some pretty crazy surprises in this film!

    AMAZING in IMAX

    Bond movies are always ridiculous, but this one is also truly thrilling and engaging. And the IMAX is so, so worth the extra dollars, you literally get pulled into the action. One complaint -- maybe a tad long towards the end. Otherwise, a great, entertaining movie.

    Best Bond Movie Thus Far

    The action at the beginning, the Adele Skyfall theme song and the accompanying animation, the M-Bond relation, the villain who's not at all what you'd expect (I won't spoil it for you), the internal weakness of the MI6, and the transition of several key characters (I won't spoil that either). It was excellent. I was bouncing around in my seat humming along to the soundtrack (it only bothered my friends on either side of me).

    Great Movie but IMAX Experience is Worthless

    Had seen the movie once before and went again because it's that good and also wanted to view it in IMAX. However, IMAX and IMAX Experience are not even close. It was a waste of money and actually made the movie less enjoyable because the theater was not designed to view a slightly larger screen.

    Skyfall...

    Went and saw this with my 10yr old son. Borderline language but a fantastic movie. I felt they started by destroying Bond, telling you how old and lame he was, that he fails all his tests and then it becomes the beginning of the franchise as a finale. Lots of action. Some surprising departures and some welcome new additions.

    I do not like the new Q concept. It leads you to believe that there will be no more new gadgets. Definitely NOT want I want to hear on the future bond movies. Ill give it 4 out of 5 stars just because if you ever liked a bind movie you will love this one.

    Oh, and the demise of the Aston Martin is a damn shame!

    A ++MUST See!

    I had high expectations for this film and they were all met, surpassed, and blown apart. I left with the feeling that I'd be happy if that was the last movie I ever saw in a theater; it was THAT good. That feeling goes away of course but that Skyfall was able to make me think that is my highest praise. It's brilliant in every way so GO!

    Best Bond film in over 20 years!

    Went to watch it with my wife on opening night to IMAX. To keep it short, this is definitely the best bond film in over 20 years. They really kept it to the basics and made it feel authentic. I own all of bond films and have seen them all multiple times and Skyfall reminds me of the first ones that were made. No gadgets in this film, so super spy garbage that made last 2 films feel like mission impossible... This was a perfect balance that a bond film needed. My wife loved it and said she would turn around and watch it again.

    If you like bond films, then this is a must watch film. Highly recommend it.

    Good movie

    It's been awhile since I saw a Bond movie and decided to see this one . Despite dragging in the middle a bit this was a great movie. Great action scenes not to mention seeing this on the IMAX screen it the movie looked great.

    Loved the movie

    Decided to watch the movie on the opening night - the midnight show. Thoroughly loved the movie, the pace, the acting, especially the villain - the movie is very engaging, the action brisk and does not drag at all.. I am going back to take in more..

    Eye Opener

    What a ride. One of the best ever Bond films. Daniel Craig at his best, Judi Dench, fantastic, excellent story that brings in elements of the past, i.e. who is James Bond and elements of the old bond films blended in with the new improved Bond. While most of the action was in Greater Britain, it was still fun. Scenes in Scotland were beautiful.

    I would highly recommend this to anyone who is or is not a Bond fan. BTW, there are a couple of surprises and some sadness but the enhance the story and bring us to a new Bond era...

    Skyfall IMAX - Loved it! Great action & chase scenes.

    Thoroughly enjoyed this film. IMAX and Skyfall are a match made in heaven. Great action and chase scenes. Craig makes a perfect contemporary Bond. Cinematography, characters, sound, directing all contributed to an entertaining and fun experience. Highly recommend.

    We watched Skyfall in IMax and loved it. Daniel Craig is a dynamite James Bond - best one since Sean Connery. Directing was great and action was thrilling.

    Skyfall

    The movie is a good transition to future Bond movies ... earlier ones were gadget and action oriented movies but this one has action and information technology. Less muscle and more finesse.

    Set your expectations accordingly and you will enjoy the movie.
