    Action Packed!

    by Tomd2

We took our two daughters (ages 8 & 13) to see this movie in IMAX. It was really good and really loud! It had a few bad words, and some sexy scenes, but mostly was so action packed that those scenes were insignificant for the kids. My 13 year old said it was the best movie she has seen this year. We loved Sean Connery, as James Bond, but Daniel Craig is GREAT in the role and is appropriately modernized. He is also in amazing shape! The movie has lots of funny parts too and references to the original 007 movies. Obviously, there is lots of killing and some unexpected deaths. They introduce new characters for some classic roles in the end, letting us know there are more Bond movies in the future. Javier Bardem is amazingly creepy, as the "bad guy" and should get nominated for an Oscar. Overall, Excellent movie!

    Best one ever!

Javier bardem was over the top amazing. Great action and just a better movie than typical bond movies (even though no matter what I see them all)

    Best Bond Ever

I love the direction of the new movie. Daniel Craig is great in the 007 role and the reboot is off to a great new adventure. I only wish they would make more time in exotic locations. Then again when your this absorbed in a movie time flies. Also, for bond, one tear or welled up eyes is best-when you see the movie you will know what I mean.

The acting was more felt with less one liners (Thank You). This allowed the few that was used to stand out.

    Disappointing experience

I paid $42 dollars and got my tickets a full week in advance. I was 30 minutes early already in the imax room - but all the seats where "reserved" or taken. The first row was the only row wis empty seats. I could almost not see anything from there and I head to bring my head in an uncomfortable position. I regret looking forward to this as a nice evening, it was just awful. Never again.

Skyfall Is the Best Bond? Not So Fast!

SKYFALL was good but not 4 stars, I give it 3 stars, go see it by all means but no need to rush, see it in IMAX.
Skyfall has been deemed by many to be the "best Bond yet." But not so fast. Although this twenty-third film in the Bond series is a very good movie, let's not get carried away. This is Daniel Craig's third Bond film. He hit a high with Casino Royale but was a letdown in Quantum of Solace. It seems the makers of these movies are still trying to decide exactly who Craig's James Bond is.

In the end it all comes down to how easily you accept Craig as Bond and how much you appreciate his interpretation of the role as defined by director Sam Mendes. This may be his best Bond film yet but you anticipate the best is yet to be.

    Got action

Wow way too cool watching James Bond just jump in landing on his feet then fixing his tie was way cool. This movie shows a more aggressive James Bond even more than Piece anyway go watch it

    Explosive finale blew up story...

    by PJM74

Captivating, thrilling and interesting for a good portion of the movie, Skyfall hit the proverbial wall for me once the villain became revealed. Up until then, the movie opened with a kinetic action sequence and built upon the intrigue with a battered Bond sifting through weakness and a mysterious threat, a relic trying to stay upright in a changing world.
Then the curtain peeled back to reveal the villain. Reeking danger, the film showcased the villain only briefly before degenerating into showdown after showdown. There were small political and personal moments for Bond and his crew but the film more blew up the story instead of escalating it to a compelling finale.
Thrilling action and a great Bond performance from Craig made Skyfall enjoyable. Only the finale fizzled a bit ...

    Loses steam after strong start

This movie starts out with a great pace, but slows down to a crawl in the third act. The ending is anti-climactic and I left feeling disappointed. Looks great in IMAX though and Daniel Craig does a great job as usual.

    Skyfall

Very good movie and extremely entertaining. We were told by friends to see it in IMAX, which we did. We were not disappointed. It's probably one of the best Bond movies of all time.

    Another Bond movie!

I wasn't sure how this was going to be, have seen all the bond movies since Dr. No. But it was much more than I expected, I loved it, full of surprises and in IMAX spectacular. I would urge anyone planning to go try to see it in IMAX if you can.

    Best since Casino Royale

This is a must see move...not for just Bond fans, but for movie lovers alike. The characters have depth and no wonder with all the oscars winners in the cast. The action is engaing and Javier Bardem has raised the bar for Bond villians. Daniel Craig owns the right to hold is Walter PPK and is the most likable Bond since Sean Connery.

    Best Bond Yet

    by flemboy

You can believe the hype. This is the best Bond movie yet. Daniel Craig offers a human side to Bond that we haven't seen before. The special effects are terrific, but do not eclipse the story. Great acting, great story, great direction.....great picture!

BEST Bond of the Modern Era Bonds!!

I love 007 since I was a kid watching them on TV with my Dad. This is by far my Favorite Bond of the "Modern Era" Bond movies. Everything comes full circle in this one. The best part is, I can't wait to see the next one!
