    Visually fun but....

    Fun for the whole family.

    I took a 9-yr old, 11-yr old, 18-yr old and his date. We all loved it.
    There was lots memories, recognizable games and characters from throughout the gaming years. It was upbeat, cute, had lots of good messages, and had surprise ending.

    LOUD and uninteresting

    Took two 8-yr old boys. Most of the movie they sat there in total silence with stunned looks on their faces. The movie is loud and full of fast moving action. Story line doesn't really get interesting til 3/4 through the film. On the ride home, the boys were trying to have a discussion about what they saw--for about 2 minutes. It sounded like they didn't have much to discuss. That's how the movie is, not much substance. And it wasn't even funny. A waste of money and time.

    Wreck It Ralph

    Not up to the level of Frankenwenie or Hotel Transylvania. Enjoyed but my grandchildren said we wouldn't be buying the DVD.

    Wreck-it Ralph was a great movie for the whole family!
    I loved the retro games! It took me back!
    Loved Sarah Silverman!
    It was funny and had a good message. I recommend this movie.

    Big positive surprise

    I had seen the trailers several times and wasn't particularly impressed so when the kids started bugging me to go I wasn't exactly excited. However, the concept and story were really well done and the experience all up much better than expected, good fun for kids and adults alike.

    Violence was a surprise!

    All the previews I saw on tv did not show any degree of "video game violence" in this movie! I was shocked and a bit disappointed. If my child were 8 or younger, I would be very upset if I had taken them to see this movie and I probably would have left the theater. Leave this one for the 10 years and up children.

    WRECK IT RALPH

    this is the best movie ive have ever seen my parents and I loved this movie and im 11. It was really neat. My favorite part is in the end. Its a huge twist you need to go and see it

    Best video game movie ever!

    I loved Wreck It Ralph! It was funny and touching at times. Many video game cameos in the movie too! The idea works will and there are many clever references that can also be found! Overall, everyone should pause their games for a bit and head out to see one of the best movie of the year!

    Great Family Movie

    My wife, five year old daughter and I went to this movie and loved it. For my wife and I, it was a clever movie that integrated many of our favorite games and snacks from the 80s. For my daughter, it was simply a fun movie with great visuals. Normally, she gets a little sleepy during movies, but she was excited and having fun throughout the movie. We all left feeling good. It is a must see family movie.

    This kids movie looked promising but feel short of being an entertainer for both kids AND adults. The retro video-arcade references and characters could have been so much better. Good for kids though.
