One of the best "watches" this year

    by RADDAD

Part poignant, part feel good, part inspirational, and definitely funny...

This is well acted and deserves the reviews it is getting overseas. I hope it get into more theatres here in the city. This is a much better flick than most of the drivel that plays in most theatres.

    not to be missed

a fantastic movie, I can barely wait to buy this movie to show the rest of my family. I wish it were available at more theaters. Omar Sye came through the screen.

    Don't miss this one!

Thought enough of this film to actually create an account in order to rate it!

No doubt, one of the top 3 movies I've seen in the past 5 years.

Highly suggest seeing in theater rather then waiting for rental. Just easier to enjoy the film while the narration is in larger print. Take it all in.

Really, just a quality film in all respects. Don't miss this one!

The best movie I've seen in a long while

Two men from two different worlds; both lost and directionless for different reasons provide the catalyst needed for each others transformation. Respect, patience, joy, kindness and no pity. Not a story that will put you to sleep, but one that will knock you out!

    Don't miss this one........

If you want to see something beyond the cookie-cutter that is intelligent, funny, sensitive and uplifting - you cannot miss the gift from the Weinstein brothers. They just have a gift of finding gems like this.

No fast action, bloodshed, transformers, or 3-D, but you will be thrilled that you saw it - it will not bore you in anyway.

Go soon, before this little pipcture is gone and I think the theatre experience added to the enjoyment versus streaming it or DVD later.

    The Intouchables

Terrific! Funniest movie I've seen in a very long time! A wonderful true story blended with great acting and an enormous amount of humor! The scenes were beautifully choreographed; the directing was was outstanding.
I would say this is for mature audience as the language would not be suitable for children under 18.

One of the best movies I have seen. This is a current, relevant movie and even more touching because it s based on a true story. The actors are so talented and make you care deeply about their characters.

    Warm, Witty Comedy

Considering the bare facts of the situation, I didn't plan on being very amused, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this warm, witty engaging comedy. Probably the best comedy I've seen in five years...don't miss it.

Sweet on the surface, complicated underneath

    by Mr.R.

Somebody was in charge of keeping this feel-good movie from crossing over the line into so-sweet-it-makes-your-fillings-ache. It's a dark situation laced with beams of light and proving what comedians know: we want to laugh at adversity--and the more adverse, the harder we want to laugh. Here, we get to tear up, too. Although it's a movie with no villains, it gets you in a bear hug that won't let go.

    The Intouchables

    by gillcar

It was fantastic, I highly recommend this movie! The acting outstanding. You laughed, you felt empathy you cheered, your emotions were high and it was brillantly executed. It is one of the finest foreign movies I have ever seen. I haven't enjoyed a movie in such a long time it was just wonderful to see heart and soul and so much caring for the characters. Thank you for a most enjoyable and enteraining time at the movies....RB

Are all these "critics" NUTS??? This flick is the BEST!

    by mike377

So flippin' funny and uplifting, I can't believe anyone didn't like it. Obviously the fans LOVE it; it's just the politically correct what-the-hell-do-they-know "critics" that got it all wrong. Superb acting, directing, and film making. Do yourself a favor and take someone you care about with you - so much more fun to talk about the film afterwards.

    Simply Amazing

That's what movies are supposed to be like .... After seeing this movie, you realize how much Hollywood has to do to get back into meaningful movies. This movie is funny, stimulating, moving, and a great feel-good movie about humanity. It makes you want to delve more into substantial relationships with every person you encounter, and get to know your neighbor and the underdog. The fact that is a true story even makes it more meaningful.

    The Intouchables

I laughed my head off: this film is full of all kinds of humor: broad pratfalls, verbal play, and hysterical situational comedy. And I couldn't take my eyes off the major characters. They are able to convey more with their faces than most "movie stars" can with their whole bodies.

    This is a 5-star film:

The writing is fabulous and funny.T

The acting, directing, and cinematography are first rate.

Without revealing too much, Intouchables takes you to a world you might never enter, and enables you to dwell in it with both humor and empathy.

    Uplifting

    by

Loved this film, although often times it was formulaic humor. The director had a great eye for the natural beauty of his subjects and settings, so it was a visual feast as well as a heartwarming tale of friendship. Would love to see Omar Sy in other films to discover his range as an actor. Since it is based on a true story, I rate it as Must Go! for the human spirit element.

    Intouchables

    by mary57

I didn't realize it was in sub titles. I was with my 31 year old daughter and I thought she was going to kill me for dragging her to a foreign film. We laughed through the entire movie and when it was over she thanked me for taking her. We both agreed it was the best movie we've seen in a long time.
