Count Me "In"
If you find yourself yearning for a break from the unimaginative and predictable Hollywood formula (weak or non-existent screenplay propped up by gratuitous sex/violence/bad language all of which is smeared against the obligatory backdrop of computer generated images, stunts, and special effects), then treat yourself to this simple little gem.
Excellent story-telling/screenplay, dialog, and pacing all supported by a terrific role-inhabiting ensemble who play out the humor, pathos and, most importantly, the hope and spirit of this well-crafted movie. Special bonus: the eclectically exquisite soundtrack, and as the credits roll, the brief 8mm image of the two men the movie was based on.
