    THE BLOND STAR WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE MOVIE WAS BORING AND DRAGGED-ON. THE ENDING (LAST 15 MINUTES) WAS FAIRLY EXCITING. THE PRODUCTION COSTS COULD NOT HAVE EXCEEDED $88.00.

    Don't waste your money!

    This was a bad movie. It's not worth the $27 I paid for me and my boyfriend to go see it. It's not nearly as scary and creepy as the first two. This is corny and predictable at times, so just don't go. I wish I hadn't. Instead, go see End of Watch. Awesome movie! And I heard Argo is great, too. I wish that we would have gone to see that one instead.

    Jumps and Thrills, on a Crashing Coaster

    I saw Paranormal Activity 1-3, and I was hooked from the start. I loved the "found-footage" aspect to the movies and I was also intrigued by the background story, so I decided to watch the fourth Paranormal Activity. Sadly, the story-line barely inched forward and nothing remarkably new was introduced. Thankfully, the filmmaker added plenty of moments where I was pressed into the back of my seat, waiting for something to jump out or rush across the camera. The director did a great job with the suspense factor, and I think that this is what the film should be recognized for. As for acting, Katie did a great job acting possessed, and Kathryn Newton seemed genuinely frightened. Brady Allen and Aiden Lovekamp were great additions to the screen as well. In the end, I just wish that the director expounded on the background story more and finished off the series. This is probably the last one I'll see.

    This movie is funny, if your easily scared I recommend it, when I was in the theater, theres a part thats not scary, but its meant to catch you off guard and a girl threw her popcorn tub way high in the air! rofl I wanted **** my pants scary, but I didnt get that, I want to go see silent hill revelation now.

    I personally didnt mind the movie, it had a few parts that made me jump. I didnt think it was the best one by any means, but its still worth seeing.

    Good

    If you have seen the rest and liked it you would probably like this one. The suspense for me is always the best. The way it ended, I am sure there will be more. Even some of the guys screamed like girls.

    Paranormal Activity 4

    The movie was excellent. Great cliff hanger at the end. Makes you want to see them make movie number 5. I loved it. It did start a little slow like number one did but the tension built up very fast. You must see this movie.

    Terrible....

    Don't waste your money on this movie. If you thought the ending to PA3 was bad, your definitely not going to like this one either! There were a few laughs, nothing that scary at all, and the majority of the action happens in the last 15-20 minutes of the movie. I even found myself rooting for the demon to take out the Mom the first, how annoying she was... I know I will definitely not see another one of these installments. Very disappointed...

    Like the Others

    If you like the genre enough to keep supporting it, then go. It's no different than the others, and, as usual, all the action happens in the last few minutes. The theater, including myself, was laughing out loud at the "terror" that occurred at the end of the movie. Of course, plenty of loose ends as they are probably making Paranormal 5 as we speak.

    As in the previous versions, lots of creepy stuff happening in the 4th installment of this franchise. lots of things to make you jump and cringe worthy scenes, although the ending is abrupt, but then again, I think they all were.

    Stop saying it didn't answer questions cause their making 2 more

    Most people don't like this movie because they didn't get an ?'s answered. They made new stuff up to keep the franchise going. Now as it pertains to the movies itself, it was o.k leading up to the ending. Before the last 10-15 min. of the flick, I would have given it a 6.5 or 7 out of 10. The last five minutes was simply awsome. I saw it with a few of my freinds and their girlfriends. The last minute of the movie, I was standing on my chair screaming "What The F**K!!! What The F**k!!!!" The ending bumped it up to about and 7.5 or 8 out of 10. If your taking your girl to get her close to you, than this is the movie to see. Other than that, nothing fantastic about it, but I think it's alright. Anyone that thinks it was horrible is just trying to get attention and seem worthy. I liked it and can't wait for the next one.

    I think the most scary thing for the PA4 is that.. you cannot be sure the movie is over even the credits had finished... the girl is cute, the kid is creepy, the movie is ****. That's it.

    Disturbing use of a 15 yr old...

    This movie was as good as the others in terms of the build up and make you jump out of your chair scary scenes. However, I found the use of a 15 year girl to be a little disturbing as a 'sexy' character. Walking around in a towel, making 'duckface', and the like. I think this one was geared to go after the high school crowd. I wish I knew that before I wasted money on it.

    Slow starting but really good

    As with the other movies in this series, it's a slow starter. The producers had a lot of fun with the different techniques for getting the audience to react. Some parts you kind of laugh when you are startled due to how they did it, but it's still a good gotcha movie. The last couple of minutes are perhaps the best.
