I really enjoyed how they tied in all the characters of the Avengers together from past movies. The special effects were great and the 3-D has gotten much better over the years. I would recommenc this movie to everyone---especially in 3-D. Thumbs up for sure!!!

Best Movie Ever

This movie had it all Action, Comedy, Heroes, Villains you love to hate, and gorgeous guys. I've seen it three times already and only wish they had the photo of them all looking at Loki at the end to buy, I so want to hang that up in my room. This movie is a must for everyone and my new favorite!!! I'll be going a few more times. :o)

The best movie of the year!

I don't know what else is coming out this year. But whatever the movie is they are really going to have to be beyond extraordinary to even try to compete with this one.
Great, great acting and the 3D effects are nearly perfect with a great storyline that is a tad confusing at first until the plot starts to unfold. Robert Downey has the best lines throughout the movie but it's the Hulk that steals the show. Everyone and I mean everyone is totally believable in their roles. I'll probably watch this 2 or 3 more times.

Heroes send the bad guys home!

My husband & I really liked the movie, the story line was good, all the main actors were given some depth during the movie, lets start taping The Avengers 2.

The Avengers = Amazing!!!

I can't believe how much I loved this movie. The actions scenes where great in 3D it was very funny and I loved The Hulk's fight scenes well all of them actually but yeah if you the movie which I highly recommend you do , then you'll see what I mean. I don't usually post reviews on movies but this movie is entertainment at it's best. More than worth the price of admission. I mean it had everyone in the theater clapping, rooting , laughing. Not many movies do that. Absolutely Loved it.

Did I say I loved it? Stanley Lee is still very creative after all these years and now all these comic book hero's come to life on the big screen together in 3D!!! Wow, if you like these type of movies, this is a MUST SEE, you won't be disappointed!

Avengers 3D Awesome!

Even if you haven't seen Thor or know of Marvel's Avengers saga, this movie is action packed and just great entertainment. It sets up for a sequel and does justice to each of the characters now. The HULK especially, got the best audience reactions hands down. Great movie!

Awesome movie

Took my 73 y/o Mom to see it because she wanted to get out of the house. I had severe doubts that she would enjoy a Super Hero movie, I was oh so wrong, we loved it, she as much as me. The movie had a great range of emotions and I think the screen time between the Hero's was pretty good, seemed to get plenty of all of them. Though I have to say that Downey Jr. (and the Hulk) kind of stole the movie! lol Great lines for everyone though. I'm already looking forward to the next one. Go see it, you'll regret not seeing on the big screen if you don't. Awesome movie.

Avengers Assemble!

I was a little afraid this movie would be a mess -- disjointed storylines and characters from other movies cobbled together with some forced semblance of a plot... But I am happy to report: Avengers rocks! Enough action for the young (and young at heart) and enough character building and (mostly) clever dialogue to entertain the most jaded buff. The special effects are good -- though surprisingly, they are not what makes the movie memorable.
I you grew up loving Avenger comics (as I did) -- do not expect a celluloid version of your of your old comics. Somehow they have managed to capture the essence of the characters, placed them in a current setting, and maintain a action movie pace -- without succumbing to traditional comic book hokum. Go! (I'm off to see it again!)

Overall a good movie to see. As with all movies, it has a slow spot or two. Definetly worth seeing. A lot of laughs. Most of the original actors. Your usual Oh's and Ah's...

When Good Writers Work for Action Movies

Funny, smart, and interesting action scenes. Great camera work, editing, and chemistry between characters. Just an all around great movie. Might not be the deepest, most unpredictable movie - and so you could probably only see it once - but you leave feeling like you got more than you paid for.

Everything and the kitchen sink!

We loved it. Best Hulk ever. Great characters. I usually don't like 3D, but it was very natural, no eye fatigue. I flinched a couple of times when things were flying at me. The Ironman trails were my favorite 3D effect. Highly recomend this film.
