You simply cannot miss this!
Bradley Cooper lost himself in his character, Pat. I spent half the movie broken-hearted because Pat tried so hard to show everyone he had changed. By the end, I was happy Pat finally saw the changes he'd made had prepared him for a better life--not the one he was trying so desperately to regain.
Also, when Jennifer Lawrence as Tiffany, reads DeNiro the riot act, I don't think there is anyone else who could have held her own against him.
I loved this movie because it is a love story. Pat learns to love himself, and Tiffany learns she can be loved, and not even Nicholas Sparks could write something so beautiful and honest.
I laughed and cried, and I would go back to see it in a heartbeat.
