    Wait for cable!

    Awful, corny....don't waste your money! RZA should stick to music, and I don't know what possessed a great actor like Russell Crowe to get involved with this.!

    It's a go!

    The movie was pretty good, action packed and even funny at times. My whole family went and enjoyed it. We had a sample of every generation there. My kids are 12 and 25 they loved it! My husband is 52 and I'm 43 and we liked it as well. GO!!!

    Fun but flawed

    Entertaining but flawed homage to 1970's martial arts flicks. The movie was apparently edited down from a much longer cut and feels like it--the pacing is too frenetic and the opening scenes include way too much exposition, which make them needlessly confusing. Also, RZA can't act and leaves a huge whole at the center of the film since he gave himself the title part. But the rest of the actors are good and this has some fun action and enjoyably hammy performances. Worth a look but only at the bargain show.

    Off the wall Asian Cinema...

    If you have a hankering for some 60's and 70's Asian cinema, then this is the movie for you. I really have nothing bad to say about this movie. All of the actors performances went extremely well with the source material. Even Bautista can act, was very surprised about that. Just a fun, crazy, awesome action epic that never at any point takes itself too seriously. It really seems like everyone had a blast masking this one.

    If you like a lot of blood, people flying around with crazy *** weapons then this is the flick for you. You should not be disappointed.

    Man with the Iron fist

    Really liked it. cool Moves thur out the movie!! Nice little twists.Story line a bit weak but thats not what the movie is about it's the fight scenes- you'll enjoy it!!!

    Really Cool Movie

    Saw it yesterday and it was just long enough....action scenes were cool and the story line decent....Lucy Liu and her girls rocked and loved the brass bad guy....

    The Man With The Iron Fist

    If you are a fan of the old school kung fu movies you will love this movie. The cast was great and the movie was full of action. I would reccomend it to anyone who is a fan of action films and not afraid of a little blood and gore. I was not disappointed with this movie, but not for young kids.

    Man With the Iron Fists

    Only reason we went to see this movie was because Russell Crowe was in it. Previews did not get us excited. The rest of the actors did not get us excited and we are not a big fan of the Asian flying martial artists in any movie.
    Bottom line is we should have waited for it to come out in NETFLIX. Would not rent it or buy it.
    Felt it was a poor choice for Russell Crowe.
    Overpriced, Overadvertised, and Overated.

    SKIP IT! -__-'

    The movie was not great. I am a person who loves Asian movies and action packed. In the movie, there was elements that were used from the old Chinese movies, but what made it quite confusing was the title that didn't even follow with the man with the iron fists. The only thing the guy did was narrate the movie. Also, the music selection was horrible because it was like a remix of Hip-Hop, Chinese movies, and old Western. The merge of both elements made me lose interest in every aspect possible. From the preview, this movie looks to be promising, but in truth, it was a complete waste of time. At some point, I wanted to just close my eyes and fall asleep because there was too much misdirected scenes. Personally, I am very disappointed. If in comparison, I had more fun and excitement watching the Disney movie that just came out than The Man with the Iron Fists.

    Anyways, watch it if you don't believe me and good luck!

    Why RZA?! Why did you murder Kung Fu?!

    There are three reasons why this movie sucks
    1. RZA can't act
    I am a huge fan of RZA and the Wu Tang Clan. I loved him in Californiacation. However, in Californiacation he played a role that was similar to his persona. However, The Man with Iron Fists, he plays a completely new role. I am unsure what his role was. He was at times (I am guessing) a hard tough guy, but at times a weak and helpless man. I felt like I was watching a kid in a high school play looking over his shoulders at his high school teacher to see what his next line was. RZA should be RZA, nobody else because he cannot act like anyone else.
    2. Horrible Script and Director
    RZA helped in writing this script and directed this movie. How he managed to make an A-List cast look like co-high school students in a high school play, beats me. But HE DID THAT! At time'sI squirmed because it was uncomfortable watching them.
    3. The Movie is Unentertaining
    This was the first time I watched a kung fu movie and wished I didn't.

    Man with a crappy movie and terrible actung

    I watched the first 30 minutes then I passed out. It has crappy over dramatic since as my bf who stayed awake describes and some horrible acting. I'm not sure of the year it's based in but the music was all rap in today's era which bothered me for some reason. I like rap music, however it didn't fit. If it was supposed to be more of a comedy spoof I didn't catch on. So if you want to see it wait for it to come to dvd, then decide.

    Takes me back

    Saw this movie on a Saturday morning, takes me back to when I was a kid. It's not a movie that would win any awards but great as far as Kung fu movies would be concerned.

    The graphics are awesome! I can't wait to get this on DVD.

    This movie is really a movie for Adults, but I'd let my Teenagers see it.

    The hair, the costumes... everything is AWESOME about this movie! The directing & the effects are wonderful! This movie is very funny & action packed.

    Awful!

    Terrible, completely predictable, and just plain dumb. What's with Quentin Tarantino? His movies are either really great or really suck and you never know which your going to get until you see it.
