Zombie-riffic!

Rating does not match

The movie was overall good, but the rating did not match content. Kids should not have to be asking their dad why would a boy date another boy. The rating was more appropriate for kids 13 and older. If you haven't taught your kids gay and straight yet, don't go to this movie unless you want it as an ice breaker.

Disappointing

Stupid, stupid, non-existent plot....bordering on ...wait! Stealing from a fantastic Movie, "The Sixth Sense"
Disgusting cartoon characters, fat slobs & all.....
I am only thankful that my Granddaughter is a "Tween" & using that, I can easily convince her that these mindless wastes are not worth her playtime....or my money....then declare that this is the very last animation, regardless of Studio, that we will ever see in my lifetime, unless Avatar 2 through 12 come out.

Great Show!

My wife and I thought it was very funny movie at times just plain hilarious! My grandaughter loved it. Great story, the end brought tears to my wife's eyes. Ready to see it again!

We all loved the movie. The movie was funny and the acting was excellent. An interesting take on the Salem Witch trials. This movie is for everyone.

cute kids movie

Great animation and CG. Overall it is an entertaining movie....showing soon on a cable network near you.

Unfortunately, the liberal elite in Hollywood never pass up an opportunity to attempt to indoctrinate the kids......the "meet my boyfriend" comment (by the jock) really ruined the entire movie for wife and I. Kinda sad (and a sign of DESPERATION) that they have to stoop to exposing CHILDREN to that stuff at such a young age.....

Disappointed

I took my 9yrs old boy to the movies this past weekend. Everything was going well until Mitch said he had a ?BOYFRIEND?. My boy was like mom did he said boyfriend???? Also, there is no need to add vulgarity in children movies. Let CHILDREN enjoy movies without questioning you in the middle of the movie. How SAD is putting those kind of characters in children movies.

Movie was ok till the damn end When the Jock says he has a boyfriend... that ruined the experience for me I had a 5yr young & 8yr young Who asked me "why he has a boyfriend?!!"
Damn I shouldve read the reviews before taking my nephew and someone else child!
I really want my money back!!
Im tired of the underlining adult themes in Kids' movies!! ...ie Shrek has alot of homosexual tones and things goin on! I had to bring it to my principal's attention so she would stop showing it to elementary kids!

Should not be a PG movie

This movie appears to be a ok movie from the trailer, but is not a movie for younger kids. How do I put this nicely, there is a lot of immoral and improper content. Not derogatory like a lot of movie are today. In this one they just come right out and throw it in your face. Needless to say I wanted to walk out in the first fifteen minutes.

The trailers on this are somewhat misleading. While it has some very comical excerpts and had the kids laughing, there are some dark corners that might not be appropriate for smaller children. Halfway through, I found myself debating whether or not to stay....I had taken friends of my grandson so was very concerned about the content and the affect it might have on the children. There are some good themes in this movie and the message was not completely lost, but it is not exactly age appropriate for elementary children and I think it lacks the interest from the middle school children that it might be aimed at or are more mature to understand.
