Worth the time

I have to say it was good just like the first one...something about his voice that intimates you...hahahahaha my hubby and I enjoyed it...

Thrilling

I really liked this movie. It kept me on the edge of my seat during the enitre time. I thought Liam Neeson was incredible. I would watch it again.

Realistic Expectations

I have heard criticism about this movie from friends saying things like plot and character decisions just dont make sense and writing is poorly done, and all i have to say is that if you go to a Taken sequel, why the hell are you going to it expecting good plot and character writing?? Go and see this movie to see Liam Neeson get head shots and break necks, just like we did when we saw the first Taken. There are no plot twists, revelations, or deep meanings to this movie/plot, just pure, unadulterated *** kicking by obi wan kenobi himself.

As good as the first

Taken 2 yes indeed go see this movie if you liked the first one! That is all I can say, it was action packed and had some humorous moments as well.

Nice tie in with the 1st one, a nice balance of action. plotline. May not have you on the edge of your seat like the 1st but nonetheless its a worthy watch.

And kim returns the favor!

When i first heard about taken 2 i thought it was going to be dumb but now that i've seen it i actually enjoyed it a lot! It's kimd of the same thimg as the first one but i LOVED the first one so more of the same thing was no preoblem for me. I felt this one kim (maggie grace) had a lot bigger part which i enjoyed and i won't spoil anything but lets just say she's following her dads footsteps!. Liam neeson is the same old liam neeson that weve grown to love so that was expected but this was a all around fun sequel 8.5/10

Just As Good as The First

I had only seen the trailer one time so I was in for a complete surprise when I went to see this. I like the fact that it was still connected to the first movie in terms of the plot. This is a definite must see!

Perfect Movie

One again, Liam Neeson did it again. This movie is the besttt.. Action from beginning to end. Fantastic movie just like the first one. Looovee all about it.

Heard Rotten Tomatoes said it was bad. Almost decided to skip it! Wrong! Really loved it, and my wife who doesn't like these kind of movies also loved it, especially the daughter's car chase when she didn't know how to drive. So when you hear a review, ignore it. and judge for yourself.

it's just too, too, too much...

I thought that Liam would be in something more subtle and sophisticated, that is why I went to see this one....turns out that it's chock full of violence upon violence upon violence...and not even the particularly viewable/believable type, e.g., the human fights two men going after each other or a series of men going after one man....the action was so confused that it was impossible to see particular blows, blocked hits, etc....
overall: really disappointed....I walked out of the theatre feeling beat up

def had a alot of camera angles to hide the lack of hand to hand combat. but other than that story was good location was great but i would like to see more action

If you liked part 1, you will like part two

I was worried about seeing the film after reading so many bad reviews, but I enjoyed it. It is predictable and you know what will happen, but it is fun nevertheless!

It follows a very similar plot to the first one. Head overseas and let the kidnapping begin.

Not as good as Taken..... But is #2 ever better than #1 in movies?

I really liked the movie and it's a GO, but it was pretty predictable. I enjoyed the acting, the story-line and where it was filmed and some of the scenes were great. For me! I didn't think it was as good as Taken and it's probably unfair of me to compare.
