    Great movie!

    First off, lately the 3D effects in movies have been so so, This movie they actually had me moving out of the way to avoid getting hit. My personal opinion, I liked it. I like movies about witches and other science fiction characters. Don't take anyone else's opinion for certain. Go see movies yourself!

    dissapointed

    I was disappointed in this movie. I'm tired of the main character of movies today being the graphics. I want more story development, more acting. I want to see a movie!
    Too much shooting, cutting, gore, scene of nudity ruined the story I feel.
    But, they did have some interesting takes on the tale I won't spill.
    And I'm confused as to how they could have guns of this kind in that era.

    Awesome -- oh, and Awesome!

    Loved this movie. It had a great mixture of humor, horror, and action. They did a great job at telling the Hansel and Gretel fairytale. I liked the movie version better than the storybook version. I am not one to pay big bucks at theaters to watch a movie. But I had heard great things and now I agree...it was worth it!

    Must See in 3D!!!!!

    This movie was awesome. Jeremy Renner gave his best performance as usual. I defenitly recommend watching the 3D version but if not its still the best movie thats come out in a long time.

    Just bad

    "Hansel & Gretel - Witch Hunters" was, well, bad. Bad as in: I didn't like any of the main characters; the story was thin as ice; it didn't know whether to be a tongue-in-cheek parody or a serious horror thriller (it was neither). The only character I could relate to and felt anything for was Edward the CG troll. He should have his own movie.

    Loved it!!

    I really enjoyed the entire movie. Goof story, good action, and lots of gore. Definitely worth watching again. Gonna buy it when it comes out on blu-ray.

    This movie was wild

    I throught this movie was going to be bad turns out I was wrong it was completely great but wild and I had know That there mother was known as the white witch and growing up with grimm fairytales such as Hansel and Gretel and others(Yes I use to read Grimm Fairytales) this by far the wildest one yet.

    Good Movie

    Was good especially since we were the only ones in the theater!! The special effects were really good, there is only one part that I thought was cheesy and you will notice it if you go to see the movie.

    Definate Must See

    If you ever wondered as a child why their parents abandoned them in the woods. This explains it. Also explains what happens when as a child you eat too much candy. The effects were fantastic. We saw it in 3D and with the first shot of the arrow I felt like we were in the movie. This is a definate must see and great movie for teens to adults. Young kids will be scared by the witches and some of the sceens are very bloody. Go and enjoy the fairy tales come true!!!!

    Nothing to write home about, but a good movie

    My wife and I went to see this in 3D. The movie was okay, not amazing, but not horrible. I will not own the movie when it comes out on blue-ray.

    The story was fun and moved along fairly well. The action was fairly believable. There were no scenes where I thought "Wow, the CG was really bad there".

    Overall, I would say to see the movie, but I would wait until it comes to your local "dollar theater" or comes out on blue-ray/DVD.

    Fast Paced with Terric 3d!

    Hansel & Gretel was fast paced action packed thrill. The 3D was the best I have seen in awhile. I jumped more than once from something flying at me. The subtle humor kept a smile on our faces.
