    IT was good but not great

    It was a good movie but not the best I have seen. It had a cleaver spin on the fable story of Hansel and Getel. I recommend if you don't really have anything to do this weekend and your bored I would go and see it.

    about as ridiculous as you expect

    I didn't go in expecting an Oscar worthy movie, so I was not disappointed. The entire movie was incredibly ridiculous, but I went with my sister and a friend and we enjoyed the movie and experience thoroughly. I would recommend seeing it if you want to laugh and see some action.

    Completely Blew Me Away!!!! AWESOME!!!

    This movie really entertained and delivered ten times over in my opinion. Jeremy Renner was the icing on the cake. He is so HOT, I'd watch this movie over and over. OMG he is 'smokin hot'

    Hansel ans Gretel: Witch Hunters

    Loved it.

    Kind of gory flor my taste but it was pretty cool. Those witches are ugly enough to star in a nightmare, but it was a fun movie to go see. I'd recommend it.

    Hansel and Gretel

    This is a movie for adults olny.Violence and adult language are prominent througout the film.The special effectes,makeup and film editing were really quite good.The story and some of the action that takes place, is both anachronistic and laughable in places.So, if you you need to excape reality for 1 and 1/2 hours, this movie might fit the bill.Out of 4 stars I would giv this film 2 stars.I would say that Jeremy Renner was offered a ton of money to do this movie and it is not The Hurt Locker by a long shot.

    Worth watching

    According to harsh critics, it's a bad movie because it has no emotional movement to the audience and seems lame and out of place. Personally, I really liked it. I agree that it didn't move me in any way, but I definitely had a few laughs. The graphics were really good as well. I also jumped once. It is a good action movie and has those little things that make it enjoyable. Overall, I enjoyed the movie. Not to mention the two main cast members whom I love to see.

    Yawn

    Definitely a new twist on the fairy tale, but ... didn't love it. Don't know what I was expecting, but just didn't do it for me. Slightly entertaining but mostly boring. Kinda spoofy. A little corny. Somewhat predictable. A pinch of gory. Glad I had a free ticket.

    Time I will not get back

    I went to it and after seeing it I thought this is 90 minutesof my life I will never get back. It was stupid with Hansel being a diabetic from eating to much candy to the weapons they used in it. It was like they ran out of ideas so they thought we will just add "WITCH HUNTER " to the end of a fairy tale and make a movie.

    action packed fairy tale

    This was a really good movie, a little more blood and guts than I expected but really good none the less. I loved the special effects and the characters, plus the movie length was just right. Not for your younger kids to see but anyone over 16 will probably be fine with it.

    this movie is a very good movie to see if you are between the ages of 15-35. It has that Grim brothers feel to it and both actors that are Hansel and Gretel play there rolls well. Hope that they make a another one and keep the same cast it would be something to go and see that would be very entertaning.

    Great movie

    I will tell you, this is a great action packed novelty movie. They did a great job developing the plot and characters. Don't wait around for Redbox, this one is worth the 12 bucks at the theater.

    Great Flick

    Don't look for the cure to Cancer in this movie! It was fun, and a great take on Hansel and Gretel! Loved the action and the unique take on all new action fighters. I love the fact that they actually cussed in the movie and didn't try to weigh it down with old style speech. They actually say F**K!!! It's awesoime! It kept things fresh and fun. Definitely a good flick! Very entertaining!

    Didn't live up to expections

    I was expecting this to a movie that I could not take my eyes off the sceen, but it was a movie that I coluld have waited to come out on DVD. It was another movie that the previews sucked you in but thats was just it the shouwed all the best parts in the preview and with its run time of 1hr and 40m its was not worth it.

    Hansel & Gretel

    The classic fairy tale?The mix of Old And New was entertaining,being type II diabetic myself We both(my fiancee') got a major giggle out of that one,Good vs Evil,and it was humorous at times,You always get the I've seen this one before feeling,but I guess that was what they were going for,It was the comic book heroes,vs the storybook villains...I didn't expect too much of this movie,But it was fun to watch on a Saturday morning,reminded me of my childhood days,with a bowl of cereal on the floor watching cartoons...Could Edward have been Fred Flintstone?:)
