    The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel

    Wonderful, Lovely Movie about life after retirement, life after death of a mate, living your dreams, being true to your true self, being open to the possibilities that life has to offer. Beautiful, colorful movie that shows us how to appreciate life even in the midst of sadness, tragedy and limiting beliefs. Loved it!

    The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel

    I enjoyed it very much. Very good movie for older adults, especially if you love Judy Dench and Maggie Smith. I especially liked the young Indian actor with the great personality. And especially liked his message - "Everything will be all right in the end, and if it isn't all right now, then it isn't the end".

    Poignant Story, Wonderful Filmmaking

    Wonderful photography and acting. Especially enjoyed Maggie Smith's performance. This very entertaining film brought back fond memories of visits to the vibrant city of Jaipur. An uplfiting and poignant story. A MUST GO for every Indophille, a definite GO for the less adventurous traveler who can experience the wonders of India from the comfort of a theater seat.

    Worth Seeing!

    I enjoyed this movie. I liked that it was filmed in India so we were able to see different parts of the country while getting to know the characters in the movie. The acting and storyline were great as well. My first impression was this movie was aimed towards an older crowd but I went anyways and enjoyed it. Worth seeing.

    Best Exotic Marigold Hotel

    An insight to the process of aging and into how a different culture places values and attitudes on living and aging. For seniors, it isa trip into what might be but will forever be remembered for what was. Photography and cultural depictions were spectacular. It is a movie for probably 18+ viewers.

    Excellent movie

    Very timely movie when thinking about what is facing the Baby Boomers as they couple with their past and work on what type of future they want to have. There are some excellent one-liners, humor and poignant moments. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie!

    A must see movie for anyone of the "older" generation. Excellently acted and the scenery transports you right into to the heart of India. Thoroughly enjoyable and heartfelt.

    Great movie

    Really enjoyed this movie.It had a little bit of everything and was very well acted.I laughed ,I teared up, it made me think and had a great message. Well worth the ticket and the time.,And I want to add the visual of India the people, the chaos the colors were fantastic,It once again reminds me that I must go there some time before I die!

    Uplifting and entertaining

    I saw The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel on Father's Day with my wife. We both totally enjoyed the movie, especially the ensemble performances and the positive messages. I highly recommend this movie, especially to "senior" people.

    Marigold Hotel

    One of the best movies I've seen. All of the actors are really good, and I love Judi Dench! The idea of outsourcing our old who have no place in our society to a culture who respects elders was initially insulting and repugnant to me, But, this film treated the subject with warmth and a tenderness unknown in America. I wish I could say it were scifi, but embarrassingly enough it is not. Go and see it.

    The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel

    Very well done movie, albeit a bit predictable in the story line. ALL the key actors were wonderful in their roles, and it was both funny and sad. SOOO colorful of an area of the world; the cameramen quite possibly captured the "flavor" of living there. I truly enjoyed this movie!

    One of the best movies...ever!

    Few movies make my famous Favorite Movie collection filled with movies I can watch over and over and over again as if I never saw it before, but this one will be amongst them when the DVD comes out. I absolutely loved this movie and will highly recommend it to you and all my friends. The acting was on point. The choice of location to shoot the film was perfect and "real." It all made me believe the story.

    Over 60 Crowds

    Anyone under 60 probably will not like this movie. We laughed all the way thru it. I thought the acting was very good, I agree that there were too many story lines to follow. But it does show how older people face difficult times coping with retirement, but not anyone I know has considered retiring to India! And we probably won't either!
