Tons of Action!

Non stop action - slow start but once we find out what's really going on it is non-stop action and fun to see J. Statham in action, as always!

Entertaining B movie

As far as Jason Statham movies go I would say Safe was better than The Mechanic or War but not as good as the Transporter films or the Crank flicks. It has a pretty clever set-up and lots of action. Definitely worth seeing if you like this type of film.

Great Movie

Jason Statham is so type cast .....basically a beat em up movie where he protects the girl and kicks everyone's ass .... Def a must see if your into the type of stuff !!!

Let me say first off that I love Jason Statham movies. Why he decided to do this particular one is beyond me. There must be at least fifty different killings in the movie. Many are totally innocent people just standing or sitting around. There is no rhyme or reason to be shooting bystanders just for killing sake. Too many sub-titles when everyone speaks perfect English. The whole movie is advertised as Jason protecting a little girl; but they don't even meet until almost a third of the way into the film. I didn't care for scenes that made an eleven year old girl watch gratuitous killings and beatings. Every nationality are the bad guys. The Asians, the Russians and the cops are all on the take and killing anything that moves. There are repeated shoot outs in the streets swarming with citizens. The story was believable; but the screenplay for the theater is bad. For me I must say that if you like seeing killing after killing then this for you. Definitely not a date movie or family fun.

MUST SEE!

well first let me address Jason Statham...EXTREAMLY GOOD ACTOR...and i love all movies he is in!
I think this movie is one of his best (besides Death Race, The Bank Job, and The Transporter movies), besides all the violence there is a very good (confusing) story line that picks up after about a 3rd of the movie. There are some very brutal beatings, shootings, but surpisingly not as much blood as i was expecting. Gotta love Statham :D!

Bloody awesome!

You know what to expect when you go see a Jason Statham movie! I for one, am i big fan of his movies and i was extremely excited to see this flick. Jason Statham (Luke Wright) plays an ex cage fighter who blows a fight and is now being hunted by the Police, Chinese Mob, and the Russian Mob, who have killed his family already. A young girl Catherine Chan (Mei) is a genious who holds great memory and a code to a vault which everyone is after. Both Luke and Mei find one another one day, and are on the hunt by everyone in the city. There is lots of action, blood, shooting, and everything you expect in a Statham movie. Other actors such as Robert John Burke (Captain Wolf ), James Hong (Han Jiao), Anson Mount (Alex Rosen), Chris Sarandon (Mayor Tremello), and Joseph Sikora (Vassily Docheski) play key roles. Great movie for the guys, and a good way to spend an afternoon. Good fun overall! DON'T BELIEVE THE CRITICS, I NEVER DO!

Great Action Film

If you like action, this one has it. The plot is ok and includes a revenge element where the underdog kicks butt. Some great one liners as well!

Jason Statham "Safe" Movie

He's the reason why we went to see it. All his movies are a sure guarantee of action, showcase his fighting skills, and compassion for other people. It was fantastic from beginning to end. We loved it!

This movie was great. Non-stop action from start to finish. I say this is Jason Statham's best movie to date. It has twists to it that keep you thinking. I highly recommend this movie.

Great shoot em up

You gotta love it when the action is non stop with great hand to hand combat scenes, guns blazing, a different car for every car chase and to top it off, an adorable, smart little girl. It has a very satisfying ending.

No Brainer!

This is a must go for all those who enjoy quality...fast action, violence, stereotypical acting and good quality kills. Critics...stay the fu.. home!! We know you all like to break this **** down...leave it be!! Enjoy everyone.

See Safe

Statham doesn't let you down in this film either. It's packed full of action adventure and keeps on the edge of your seat and guessing. If you like Jason and his choice of high action films, SAFE is also for you! Not for little kids...due to the violence and fast story unraveling. They will get scared and not understand it. Take them to Pirates.
