    A new kind of movie

    by Sohl

Something about Wreck-it Ralph kept me thinking that this was a new kind of movie. One perhaps that didn't take itself as seriously. The sheer amount of improv by Sarah Silverman that made the final cut was a big tip-off. Apart from 1 slowdown smack in the middle, this movie keeps you grinning and also guessing, without ever losing the characters' motivations. A lot of fun for any kid or kid at heart (so long as you're younger than say, 35)!

Great Kids Movie- NOT just for kids

    by ango2

A fun family movie that will have your emotions go from lauging to crying and then cheering for our "Bad" guy all the way to the end.

Game service with a touch of heart.

Who knew a movie about games could be done right? The film industry has often tried to encapsulate the success that is video games to no avail. Fortunately Disney seemed to learn from the previous misgivings of those attempts by methodically hashing out a solid script amongst the back drop of the world's most beloved gaming icons. As anyone who?s seen Disney work can attest; they are still fervent masters of pun and double entendre. There's no shortage of jokes here while subtly engaging your mind in the importance of being and loving who you are. Yes it does not shy away from tugging at your heart strings as you find yourself cheering, holding back a tear or two; while at the same longing for the next fleeting moment of excitement. As was my experience and I'm sure will be yours; I dare you not to want to clap at the end of this beautiful engagement.

    Bring back the gaming memories

    by lawgod

A great transition between games played by children today and those played so many years ago by their parents. Wreck It Ralph brigdes the gaming gap and introduces us to a world that comes to life after the gaming stores close. Like the imaginary world of Toy Story the transition from real life to fantasy follows a believable story line of imagination. Friendship, challenges, not judging a book by its cover, accepting you for yourself, romance and overcoming hardship are all wrapped in a heart felt message of forgiveness and redemption. A movie for all ages.

    Ralph is Awesome!

    by bastett

Growing up I used to play various games but non of them come close to this film. "Wreck it Ralph" is a film for both kids and adults. It pleases all ages and makes you feel good. I saw this film with my ex and we were both crying by the end of the film. See it in 3D. Don't wait to rent this if you can. See it now!

    Great Movie, Loved it

I loved this movie, very funny parts. Most importantly my son loved the movie too and he really enjoyed the 3D feature. I think 3D makes all children movies extra exciting for the most part. If I had the time its a cute movie I wouldnt mind paying to see again. I plan to get the DVD. I reccomend people go and see this move. Im sure everyone can relate to it, sadly I sure did especially with work and all the extra stuff going on in the world it's so easy to be misunderstood and it teaches children that along with other important ideals. Go see it, adorable movie!!!

    Good movie

    by taborag

For an adult it has many shots of classics games. For today children is just another cartoon movie with some laughs. My daughter didn't knew almost all of the characters on the movie.

    Dad Riley

It was pretty good. Interesting plot. You had to have been an arcade addict to get some of the characters. Overall it was humorous and compelling. Really shows an anti bullying and anti discrimination message.

Enjoy Wreck-It Ralph With The Family

Saw Wreck-It Ralph yesterday with spouse and seven-year-old son. Really enjoyed it. Entertaining story for young and old alike, and great voice talent from John C. Reilly and Jane Lynch. Very nostalgic for those of us movie goers who enjoyed the first arcade games in the very early 1980s.

    Unique & entertaining!!

What a great concept for a movie. The kids loved it and the adults loved it. One of the best original kids movies in a while!!

Great fun for the whole family!

    by

I took my nieces to see this movie [ages 6 and 11] and I'm not sure they were as impressed with it as I was. I really enjoyed it because I grew up playing games in an arcade and recognized the characters that appeared in the main part of the film and in the background/minor parts. You don't have to be familiar with the retro characters for this to be a fantastic movie experience.

The plot was predictable like all feel good family films from Disney, but it had enough different elements in the movie that will appeal to both genders and all ages.

The detail work done for Sugar Rush world was amazing!

    Love it!

    by

At first i thought i wasn't gonna enjoy this. But while watching it with my daughter we were amazed at how awesome the animation and story was. There are a lot of characters there that i've long forgotten. Glad to see them again. One of them is Q-bert! !@#@$@#

    A Gamer Nerds Paradise

I loved this film! In a world where Disney is failing in entertainment, this film stands out as a major hit! In addition to the great story and fantastic story, the film is a gamer's paradise, with classic video game characters making cameo appearances such as Clyde the ghost from Pac-Man to Sonic the Hedgehog. The fictional games created for the movie were beautifully integrated with real world games and very intriguing, after the film, my friends and I all agreed we want to play Sugar Rush.
