    Great Film!

Loved this movie. Very touching. Another great story with a great message that will gut you in the end in a positive way. Great film to see with your little one(s).

    Surprisingly funny!

I admit, i was totally dreading this. First of all, I'm not and never was a gamer. I also have a generally (extremely) limited tolerance for Sarah Silverman. I do love John C. Reilly though, so I was bracing for a not entirely sucky, but not really good time.
Surprisingly and happily wrong! I really enjoyed this movie and so did my kids. Because I was never a gamer, a lot of the older game references would've been lost on me, but they were referenced in a context that made the jokes accessible to me and my elementary school aged kids.
I liked Sarah Silverman a lot in this, she was sharp and funny, Jane Lynch and John C. Reilly are good too, but Jack McBrayer steals the show as Fix It Felix. He is an absolute hoot, I get the honey glow just thinking about it.

MUST SEE, with or without children!

Great movie, made me smile and laugh SO many times! So many references to childhood (I'm 40 years old). For gamers and non-gamers alike. Just a great, feel-good movie that I will definitely own once it comes out!! :-)

Classic Disney Emotions with Fun Nostalgic References

    by

The movie presented a classic dramatic arch with a visually dazzling CGI world and an entertaining story. It establishes an environment with characters that we can to relate to because the very appeal of video games is that a person becomes the hero. The limitations in programming and graphics from earlier types made it so there was an element imagination invested into the enjoyment of participating, and in this film we get paced through the evolution of games and learn the rules of their world which offer dramatic tension, but also payoff nicely in the end.

    More than I expected

My charming wife and I went off to see Wreck-It Ralph and thoroughly enjoyed it. I was expecting plenty of jokes about old arcade games and it delivered in those terms. I didn't expect to enjoy the relationships between the different characters so much, or to have the plot actually surprise me! It was funny, it was sweet, it surprised me; I thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Great movie!

I was so excited when I saw the previews for this movie and had been waiting for months for it to come out to the theaters. I was not disappointed! It was as good as I wanted it to be and better. If you have arcade or video gaming in your history you will surely enjoy many inside jokes from characters past and present. The story was heartfelt and happy, and we left smiling and laughing! Great movie!

    A Gamer Nerds Paradise

I loved this film! In a world where Disney is failing in entertainment, this film stands out as a major hit! In addition to the great story and fantastic story, the film is a gamer's paradise, with classic video game characters making cameo appearances such as Clyde the ghost from Pac-Man to Sonic the Hedgehog. The fictional games created for the movie were beautifully integrated with real world games and very intriguing, after the film, my friends and I all agreed we want to play Sugar Rush.

Super cute movie & great for the entire family. There is even humor in it for adults. I was very impressed. It's definitely one I'll go buy when it comes out DVD.

    Loved it!

We see lots of animated films and most are as expected. This was funny in unexpected ways and my 10 year old son and myself ( the mom) both enjoyed. We may see it again!

    It was fun

Took my 4 year old to see wreck it Ralph and my son loved it. He is a typical little boy and loved the racing, the wrecking, the colorful characters and the plot. As for the adults they had all these gaming characters that we grew up loving and a few jokes for us! It was a good "feel like a kid again" movie!

    Delightful and Entertaining

Wreck-it Ralph is a great movie with the underlying theme about internal conflict of being true to oneself. The characters were delightful, and the animation was entertaining for both children and adults. I did not see it in 3-D but I think I missed out on the 3-D experience!

    Wreck-It Ralph

Your kids will love it. For me, the idea of the characters being video game characters was different but at the same time a bit dull - I find video games boring, so I'm probably not the one to ask!

    Wreck It Ralph

We loved this movie. VERY creative. In our group: 3 moms and 4 little girls. The main characters were perfect - we would have left out the ugly villain at the end.

    Built for gamers

    by

Awesome movie--great storyline, characters, art, and TONS of video game references! A must-see for gamers!

The one thing that let me down was the pop song selection. They were too poppy and mainstream to appeal to the gamer crowd.

But that aside, I loved it and cannot wait for Wreck-It Ralph 2!
