    very cute

A new take on Toy Story, only through the palate of arcade games. Very cute, super funny. Plus, having John Lasseter as the Exec. Producer didn't hurt! Totally go see it!

    Bravo! Family Fun

We took this pic in with 6 yo and 3 yo. Great fun had by all. I enjoyed the nostalgia of the video games. Loved how they created this great world within a world. Excellent writing across story and characters. The "moral" of the story is a good lesson - everyones contribution to the team is important. We are gonna go check it again. Highly Recommend.

A fun family movie that will have your emotions go from lauging to crying and then cheering for our "Bad" guy all the way to the end.

Loved it! Not just for the little ones either - even the teenagers enjoyed it!

Yesterday my husband and I took all four of our children to see Wreck It Ralph. Surprisingly our three teenagers wanted to see this movie and this was honestly the first movie our family of 6 has attended together. The kids are ages 17, 15, 13 and 5 so their interests in movies vary greatly. We loved the movie... it was surprisingly funny, sweet and so entertaining! A couple of parts were a tiny bit scary for the littlest one but she was really fine throughout... just a couple of quick hugs to mom made it all better. I TOTALLY enjoyed this film...and the short prior to it was absolutely adorable! Kudos to whomever had the creativity to master the adorable story line. This is a definite MUST GO in my book!

    Worth Seeing

    by RoGaz

Someone took some lessons from Pixar. This has feeling, thought, cleverness, and it's darn good. Jane Lynch's character knocks it out of the park along with the rest of the cast. Kids will enjoy the fast action (fast and scary at times) and grownups will enjoy seeing some old game favorites and in jokes. It is definitely one to won once it get's to disk.

    Wreck-It Ralph is amazing!

    by

I certainly recommend anyone who's ever played a video game should see it!! So many references. It had a great story and memorable characters. Certainly kept me going all the way to the end. Also, Paperman was a very heartfelt short. Great way to start off the movie.

Not since Wall-E has a Disney animation stirred me emotionally to this extend.

    by

From the start, it pays homage to my old school generation of gamers (but includes some new gen stuff as well), has a sophisticated and involving plot, non-childish humor, an outstanding sound track, and phenomenal character development. But that's just the surface.

What puts this animation a notch above most others in its type are the attention to all these details.

I won't spoil *any* of the story, because it *needs* to be seen, and not knowing any of it before hand, trailers aside, will be WORTH IT in the end.

My title really is the theme of how I feel about this film. I'm an emotional guy but wear a hard mask of apathy the vast majority of the time. This movie, at least for its duration, broke that mask into pieces.

Go now. Watch it. You will buy it on Bluray if you have one when it comes out.

Best Movie of the Year Candidate

This movie was a real surprise. The story line was original. The characters were well defined. The plot even had a moral message while being richly entertaining. I won't give away the ending. As we were leaving, my 5-yea-old daughter asked my wife, "When that movie releases can we get that movie?" I agree! I can't wait to watch this one over and over. My hat's off to the producers and writers.

    Best wishes,

    Wreck-It Ralph

    by prplphd

My eight-year-old grandson and I went to see this movie and we had great laughs. It was an interesting story line with great visual appeal, somewhat too sweet at times (for the grandson), and a little mushy but worth watching again.

    Wreck It Ralph

    by

Wreck it Ralph is a real throw back to the old video game arcades of the 80's. A very clever script with some nice messages for the kids makes this a very nice family movie. 80's gamers will love all the characters and references to that era of video games. My 10-year-old son loved both the action and the humor in this movie. Ralph represents the bad guy gone good in this easy to watch film for all!
