Perfect for everyone, especially 80s 90s game nerds!

This movie was everything I wanted it to be plus so much more. I saw this with my girlfriend who didn't play as many video games as a kid like I did, and she has just as much fun watching. The storyline is super cute but is sprinkled with tons of throwback jokes and awesome game scenarios.

Even a little celeb role for Skrillex for all you electronic music buffs. Hands down a great movie to see in theaters. I rarely see movies while they're showing and this is definitely one I'd recommend. Great for date night, family night or just on a whim. You won't be let down.

An Amazing Homage to Gamers... and "Good Guys".

Wreck-it Ralph is an amazing movie that aptly captures the magic of videogames and our own childhood memories. And not only does it manage to avoid over-saturating the movie with over the top video game cameos, but it manages to tug at our heartstrings with genuine emotion and a stirring storyline.

This is definitely a movie I want to see a second time in theaters. :)

    Passed Expectations

I was not expecting this movie to pull me in like it did. I found the story to be cute and teaches children a lesson about being yourself. It made me very happy to see a film like this.

Game service with a touch of heart.

Who knew a movie about games could be done right? The film industry has often tried to encapsulate the success that is video games to no avail. Fortunately Disney seemed to learn from the previous misgivings of those attempts by methodically hashing out a solid script amongst the back drop of the world's most beloved gaming icons. As anyone who?s seen Disney work can attest; they are still fervent masters of pun and double entendre. There's no shortage of jokes here while subtly engaging your mind in the importance of being and loving who you are. Yes it does not shy away from tugging at your heart strings as you find yourself cheering, holding back a tear or two; while at the same longing for the next fleeting moment of excitement. As was my experience and I'm sure will be yours; I dare you not to want to clap at the end of this beautiful engagement.

    A Family MUST SEE

    by

It starts with an incredilby heartwarming short-
Throughout the movie parents will find themselves pointing out beloved arcade charactors form their youth, while getting a glimpse of bad guy trying to be good guy, Ralph. His heart is already determined to be good, but when he meets Vanellope, he learns to care about someone other than himself. The entire cast is perfect! Jane Lynch-Awesome, Sarah Silverman-I'm not usually a big fan but Kudos, John, you made me cry-And Alan(aka Steve the Pirate) you've come a long way baby

Great movie for adults and kids!! Brings back some memory of old arcade games for the adults and very good humor for both. Go take the kids. Great movie.

    unexpected

Don't come to this movie expecting it to be all comedy. I came in expecting it to be hilarious and turned out being barely funny at all. it was mostly just a cartoon that you can see on TV and with a few touching parts. A good movie for kids 9 and under.

    Great movie

This was a great movie! There was plenty for both children and adults. Very nostalgic for those who grew up in the 80's. I took my 13 and 9 year old and although there were aspects they didn't get it passed over them so quickly that they didn't really notice. Great job by Disney.

    Delightfully Surprising

I'll start by saying that my sensitive 9yr old did not like this movie and was crying at the sad part in the movie. If you have a sensitive child who doesn't like commotion in a movie this is not the movie for them.
My husband and I enjoyed the film and thought the plot was clever and entertaining. This wasn't your typical happy go lucky kids movie.

WHEN I FIRST SAW THE TRAILER FOR THIS MOVIE I HAVE TO ADMIT IT DIDN'T SEEM VERY INTERESTING TO ME. WELL THE FAMILY WANTED TO GO SEE THE MOVIE SO OFF WE WENT.
AS THE STORY LINE DEVELOPED, I FOUND MYSELF LAUGHING AND GETTING EMOTIONAL ABOUT THE CHARACTERS IN THE MOVIE.I NOW HAVE TO ADMIT I AM VERY GLAD I WENT. WE ALL CAME OUT OF THIS MOVIE WITH TWO THUMBS UP. GREAT JOB DISNEY! ANOTHER FUN MOVIE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY TO ENJOY!

Wreck It Ralph - A Must See

This movie is so cute! My kids enjoyed this movie so much and they couldn't stop talking about it when we got home. It has a message to it that the children could understand. Even my youngest, who is 4, understood the message. Take the family to go see this if you can. It's entertaining for everyone!

What a great concept for a movie. The kids loved it and the adults loved it. One of the best original kids movies in a while!!

    Ralph is Awesome!

    by bastett

Growing up I used to play various games but non of them come close to this film. "Wreck it Ralph" is a film for both kids and adults. It pleases all ages and makes you feel good. I saw this film with my ex and we were both crying by the end of the film. See it in 3D. Don't wait to rent this if you can. See it now!
