    Thought there would be more to it

    The first hour and half of the movie is a lot of interesting build up for a huge ending that got me excited, except it ends with one adrenaline filled, bourne-ultimatum copy scene and then the movie just ends. I was expecting a lot more throughout the movie.

    bourne legacy

    i would say is a good movie but it didnt give me that thrill watching it like the first three. i feel they try hard to build a great suspense but it didnt work that well. its best to end the bourne franchise.

    Matt Damon should worry about his Legacy

    Too hard to follow, not nearly enough action for the length of the movie. The ending sucked and Matt Damon owns Jeremy Renner. Not worth $11. Wait for it to come out in Redbox

    Renner Terrific

    As memorable as the Matt Damon legacy performances are, Jeremy Renner creates his own
    bench mark in the latest version. The production values are high again as the fast paced film had me on the edge of my seat. The sound is superb and understated and the visuals are killer again with great locations in Canada, Seoul Korea, and Manilla Phillipines. Tremendous EFX and editing insanity during the high speed car and motorcycle scenes are signature. Congrats to Tony Gilroy for laying off the CGI and going for real shots. Jeremy Renner and Rachel Weisz are magnetic.

    I like it ! I like the action. I agree that it is little hard at beginning to follow plot but you will get it after all. I hope there more Bourne moving coming!

    Eh...

    I'm a fan of the Bourne series. This had a similar feel. I thought the acting was good. The story was very lacking though. Overall it felt a bit shallow and insufficient to bear the 'Bourne' title. If they make a second/fifth movie, I will likely see it mostly out of hope they do a better job.

    This is rated a GO mostly because it's entertaining, has good acting, and you'll need the knowledge for the next movie.

    Entertaining

    Boure Legacy is what it is: Fast, violent, interesting, and most of all...entertaining. Renner does a great job picking up where Damon left off. Story line is the same. Lots of same characters from the previouse "Bourne" flicks. Small twists and turns here and there. Movie ends with obvious promise of se/three/four/quadzillionn quel. Worth the price of matinee and evening. Go see it. Sit back. Relax. Enjoy.

    The Bourne Legacy

    Must see for the adreniline junkies. Good and plausible story line and splendid cinematography. Thought provoking - science and government agenda. Begs the question - can this and does this really happen?

    If you are looking for the typical Jason Bourne movie this is not one but if you're looking for an action/adventure movie it's not that bad.

    Slow startup, good climax and bad ending

    The whole movie happens in conjunction with the Bourne Ultimatum and the real action doesn't come up until the end. Matt Damon plays a better super trained agent but if your a fan of the series you have to watch. If you didn't see the previous movies you will be a little bit lost. You will be a little disappointed.

    Bourne Legacy - Not the same.

    What helped me was the comment on another review and that reviewer stated; when watching don't think of this guy as Jason but as another person who was in the same program as Jason. This is exactly how everyone should view this movie, as a movie based on the original Bourne movies but the story is not related to or a take-off of Jason's story. With that in mind its a new story that delves deeper into what the Bourne program was about or maybe it established what the program was and from the story line they might have developed more of what the Bourne program was. The ending leaves it open for more adventures of this guy or maybe a collaboration between this guy and Jason Bourne in future movies.

    Bourne Legacy

    Great movie, but not as good as the other Bourne movies with the Jason Bourne character with Matt Damon. The ending sets up great though for another Bourne movie in the future with the character Jason Bourne!! Cannot wait to see the next one!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend seeing this movie!

    Don't expect original Bourne series

    This movie was nothing like the original Bourne series. I know this character is a different person, but the movie was not nearly as well done as the original series. Wait for the DVD, and rent it!!!!

    GREAT MOVIE!e

    Did you love the other Bourne movies? Then this is a definite must! The only reason why I dropped one rating is because during the final action scene was a little too long I felt like it was pretty useless (the dude didn't even touch him!) But the rest of the movie was AWESOME, very fast paced.
