Worst Movie I've Seen In Years

    by

I did get a few chuckles during this movie. That's the best thing I can say about this film. I suspect it would have been far funnier if I were 13 again, but I'm not, and it isn't. Its a series of "shorts" that include diarrhea, incest, a girls first period, and assorted other equally "hilarious" topics. To be as fair as possible, it may have been an attempt to poke fun at, oh, something, but it fails more completely than anything I've seen since Borat. Don't wast your time or money.

    where is the funny?

    by

I laughed...wait chuckled at best maybe twice. I normally love stupid humor, but this is just a horrible mistake. I would like to slap everyone involved with the production of this movie. I feel sorry for all who wasted their time/money. I'm even more sorry for the people foolish enough to believe they enjoyed it.

    Movie 43?

    by

The title was the best part of the movie!!!!!! Nuff said. I walked away from it saying WTF and had to go home and watch another movie just to get it out of my head. Going to see this movie is like playing Russian Roulette with all 6 chambers loaded, there is no way you can come out of it with your mind intact.

    Movie 43

I can't believe some the cast signed on for this w/a few exceptions (Johnny Knoxville, of course!). I like most of them, but Emma Stone, for example, is choosing such crappy & stupid roles these days!

    Aweful. Just aweful

I can not wait until the movie is out of my head. It was the most horrific movie I have ever seen. What the heck. How did it get all these great actors? I can't say enough how wrong this movie is and I'm sorry I wasted an hour and a half of my life.

    Movie 43

Horrible movie....AWFUL!!! I can't believe that many top rated movie stars thought it was ok to be in such a trashy movie. I go to the movies several times a week, and it was probably the WORST movie I have EVER seen in my entire life! It wasn't funny. Not one person in the whole theater laughed, and I've never seen a movie theater clear out as quickly as this one did. Take my advice, and don't waste your time or money.

    Movie 43

Yikes! I have enjoyed many gross comedies, but this is not "There's Something About Mary" by any means. Each shtick that might have made 3 minutes of gross humor is stretched out for what feels like far too long. It's BORING, clunky, annoying, crass, demeaning to the actors who participated. Have to wonder if those who signed on didn't understand the synergistic oppressive effect of all these tasteless skits. What a downer. Please don't be beguiled into imagining that with so much talent this movie has to have some worth. Awful!

mostly annoying, somewhat disturbing, definetely NOT FUNNY

    by yak

probably the worst movie I have ever seen. I was constatnly wishing that the current skit ends hoping that the next one would be more interesting ... in vain. they try to be funny by being raw and politically incorrect. it didn't work for me. I will for ever picture Hugh Jackman with balls hanging from his face. complete waste of time and money.

    Hilarious

    by

If you're of fan of comedy classics like Kentucky Fried Movie or Amazon women on the moon, you'll love Movie 43. It's full of sick and offensive comedy shorts that were pretty amazing. It was so funny, I almost couldnt handle it. What's more impressive is that they got an incredible all star cast to be part of something so crazy.

    Aims to be disgusting...and succeeds

    by pedsarq

The framework is essentially a pitch for a movie by an absolute sociopath played by Dennis Quaid. He holds a movie executive at gun-point and forces him to listen to his idea for a movie that can only be described as nonsensical. Most of the movie is spent producing the scenes from this nonsense and it's truly terrible material. For example, Kate Winslet and Hugh Jackman play characters who go on a blind date and all appears too good to be true until Jackman takes off his scarf and reveals that he has a ******* hanging from his neck. The rest of the scene focuses around the awkward moments in a restaurant where Winslet's character is the only one shocked by this freakish deformity. It only gets worse from that point on, but I think that gives you a picture of the tone of the film and the ridiculous nature of the plot. The chance of you waling out are very high. I did.

    so upsetting

this movie is ridiculously bad. if movies weren't so expensive, i would have left and asked for a refund. the funniest skits are ones that you saw previews for, otherwise they are dumb and childish.
