    Slow

    I enjoyed the development of the story, but at times I wanted to fast forward to the next part. The movie itself was a pretty good movie. The actors fit into their characters well. They did a great job in forming the relationship (although it took forever to get to the point), however, I am one of those that prefers some parts to be left to the imagination. The sex scene lasted too long.

    Let's just say that most of the movie bored me.

    Very few movies these days give you hope in mankind. This is the exception.

    Young men need to see this movie. It is one thing to tell a young MAN how he is supposed to act, but it is something else entirely to SEE how a REAL MAN acts with honor and dignity. Something to be said for the strong, silent type. Nice to see for a change. REAL MEN "in training"...take notes.

    The Lucky One

    It was a really good movie, but if you are looking for it to be like the book (like I was) you will be slightly disappointed. Still a good movie though.

    I Love the movie so much that it has a very good story line i can see why it's called the Lucky one anyway i reason i love the movie is because Zack effron is an amazing actor he is very good and another reason i love the movie is because the story has the right moments in it like when he found the pitcher of that woman i think that he was meant to find her.

    Blythe Danner steals the show

    Taylor Shilling does an great job. Zac Efron's performance showed he never really got comfortable with the role. His performance seemed pressed.

    Blythe Danner was excellent. Her experience shows.

    Overall, there were spots where weak writing left the all the actors in a bad spot.

    The cinematography is really nicely done.

    Overall, ho-hum

    The Lucky One

    I watched the Lucky One and I loved it! To me, it was very much as the book was. It was a great great movie and I would see it again! There were a lot of young teens watching the movie and I don't particularly think it was for there age level.

    The Lucky One

    Though the title would make you think this is about gambling, it's not. It's wrongly cast as a romantic picture, when it is really about the survival and hope of one young Marine returning after 3 tours in Iraq, It doesn't start out as hope, but a reintegration problem. When he returns to the States, he finds it harder to survive than he did in a war zone. After not reintegrating well, he walks to the home of his "lucky charm", a woman whose picture he found under fire. Once finding her, he believes he owes her a debt for saving his life, and goes about doing numerous small chores to "return the favor" though survivors guilt plagues him. Taylor Schilling and Zac Efron are good together. I loved Blythe Danner. If you are a veteran, service member, family member, or patriot you should see this picture.

    The Lucky One

    If you are a romantic at heart....you must go see this!! Guys out there if you have a companion then i suggest to go see it, and if you guys out there are looking for some serious romance watch the movie....................it will give you an insight to what women really want!! It was so sweet and funny and amazing!!

    Loved It!

    Its refreshing when a movie is just as good as the book. The Lucky One is defaintly the best from Nicholas Sparks since The Notebook. So if you are a fan its a must see! Zac Efron & Taylor Schilling do a magnificant job. A far leap for Zac Efron from High School Musical, he did such an amazing jobb in this movie. I will be buying this one for sure!

    Good chick flick

    I can't compare it to the book because I haven't read it yet but the movie was really good. Zac Efron does a good job portraying how a man should protect and care for his woman. There are a few intimate scenes that would not be good for ages 13 and under. It was a little predictable but still a great way to spend a rainy sunday.

    Loved it!

    I thought it was a sweet story, very romantic and the stars had great chemistry. Some of the lines might have been a bit corny... but that is why you got to a chick flick.

    LOVED it

    I haven't finished reading the book but I decided to go see it with my fiancé and we both loved it. So it's definitely a movie to watch on date night :)

    Great Date Movie

    This movie was really good. My husband took me for my birthday night and we had a good time and enjoyed the acting and the story was very good. Not cheesy like I was afraid it would be.

    Cute Movie

    I think Nicolas Sparks books are very touching. I enjoyed watching this movie. It had a good plot over all. I don't want to give spoilers but this is a pretty good film to watch.
