    Great Movie to Watch With Your Girlfriend/Boyfriend

    Overall it was a great movie. Very interesting and romantic. I really liked the twist/mystery shown towards the end. It was pretty cool. Great movie to watch with your wife, husband, boyfriend/girlfriend. Recommend!!!

    More than just a "chick-flick"

    Yes it's a love story that will require a quick dab with a kleenex. It's also a bit of a suspense drama that unfolds a little unexpectedly. Then there's the ending which is exciting, and it all gets tied up with a neat little bow at the very end. Definitely worth your time and money to go see.

    It left me shocked and I absolutely did not suspect what happened. I was so shocked and astounded by The whole story and You must go, not just go But Must Go!!!!!!!!!!!! You will not regret going. I promise you.

    Adorable

    Safe Haven is one of the movies that can only be described as adorable. It wasn?t amazing, yet it wasn?t awful either. The thing that disappointed me the most was that it wasn?t really like the book. Now, I get that a lot of Nicholas Sparks? books aren?t similar to the movie, but I don?t know.. this one was a lot different. Although I must say, the movie itself is very fast paced, filled to the brim with drama, romance, and action… meaning your man will probably like it, too.

    The beautiful Julianne Hough, whom I absolutely love, played the main character Katie. I thought she did a good job in this role. Not excellent, first off because I thought they made her look to ?prettied up? for the role of a quiet, hidden, lost girl who is running away from her husband, but it?s Hollywood… what are you gonna do… Josh Duhamel played Alex, the love interest of Katie and a single Dad of two. I thought he was great as this role. Also, the actress who played Alex?s daughter was outstanding!

    Best Romantic Movie In A Long Time

    Such a good movie! Really great story line and twists. This movie made me laugh, cry and melt. The chemistry between Julliane Hough and Josh Duhmal was amazing! I've already seen this movie twice, that's how great it is.

    it was not the best but not a bad movie

    safe haven has a real simple plot, girl runs away to new city falls in love with local guy. little does he know she has a secret past that shes running from. the movie kind of drags out and never seems to pick up until the end . but the movie was not boring. plus the ending does have a crazy twist. i would say i enjoyed it but didnt love it. it great as a date movie

    Safe Haven

    By far, the best movie we have seen in a long time! Always loved Nicholas Sparks's books and the movie lived up to- if not exceeded- my expectations. Not just a chick flick: my hubbie loved it, too.

    It was a good movie, there were some parts that I thought more information was needed.. the neighbor who Katie went to when she left her husband then called to say she found a safe
    place. BUt all in all it was a good movie.

    Safe Haven

    This movie was okay. It was almost predictable. But with that being said I loved it. Everyone should see it. The acting was great, loved the location of filming. It starts out very slow but once it picks up it is good. It was a good PG13.

    It wasn't an amazing movie, but the story line was good with a few surprises. Most of them could be figured out by the middle of the movie. Beautiful setting, touching romance, and some laughs. Not a waste of money.

    Enjoyed!

    Enjoyed the movie! Of course, LOVED the book much better. As always, there will be some changes from the writing of the book however I but really enjoyed the movie and glad I went to see it. Juliana Hough did a great job playing the character of Katie!

    Not believable

    Me and my partner saw it and she was in an abusive marriage. A woman would not trust men for a long time after getting abused. And especially not in a few weeks.

    This movie was sweet and PG13 friendly. It had a cool twist at the end that was totally unexpected. The only thing I had a problem with were the previews before the movie. I do not know if it is up to the producers of the movie, or totally out of their hands, but there were terribly SCARY movie previews before such a feel good movie. I had to have my kids cover their eyes during each scary preview. How AWFUL to take your kids to a feel good movie and have them get nightmares from the previews. Keep scary movie preview before a SCARY movie. I don't go to scary movies because even I, as an adult, don't want to see them. But I especially do not want my 13 year old freaked out. That was uncalled for.

    Notebook it is NOT!

    It is no notebook! Wow, completely predictable and it just pain drags. Just didn?t do it for me or my girlfriend (we went on Valentine?s Day).

    Loved it

    I had no idea that Julianne Hough was such a great actress. There was lots of chemistry here, and the buildup was great. I loved the movie. Will probably watch it again when it comes out on video.
