    Surprisingly Good

    I wasn't expecting The Possession to be a worthwhile horror, thinking all the scary-ish moments were probably all given away in the trailers. Wrong! It has a scary start, then keeps the scares coming throughout ending with a really cool and scary exorcism. I love that it was a fresh twist on an exorcism movie (being Jewish and not Catholic), and the casting all worked really well. Loved it! Best scare I've had in a LONG time!

    Evil Lives!

    Apparently a true story of evil possession of a young girl played by a great actress. Very well done and a typical chilling expose of those who fall under the spell of a demon.

    Spooky movie

    Crazy, spooky movie that is based on a true story. Wow! I am definitely not going to be buying anything at yard sales. The story built up quite well and had great special effects

    Really scary

    This movie was scary and had me in suspense..the only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't longer and had more scary scenes to it. I would watch it again though.

    Dull.
    Oh so dull
    I'm all for a slow burn, but it's all slow and no burn.
    Well shot? Yup. Well acted too. But stone cold dull. Not one scare. Nary a half jump. The audiences was bored.

    When Matisyahu is the best part of a movie, something's wrong.

    Fandango charging a convenience fee is Obserd!
    Ridiculous! I will never buy my tickets on Fandango as long as there's a fee!

    Great Actors

    The story, I'm sure its a great one. Haven't read the book, is there one?
    Well list of casted actors for this movie is amazing and the two lil girls did a superb job. But the execution of the script was not well, the director missed a lot of thing in thing movie. It had potential, but that's all.

    Just wait for it to come on DVD.

    Possession

    OK 1st half then downhill. Been done, predictable, made for 13 yr olds. Totally a waste of money and time.

    Above Average Frights

    Nicely made thriller that starts off a little slow as the story develops and then gets a bit more creepy about halfway through. Good acting and plot is a little bit cliche but all in all delivered as promised. One of the better horror movies that I have seen in a while.

    Total waste of Money

    Easily the worst movie I have seen this year. By the end of it the crowd was all laughing at how poor it was. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Save your money.
