    Skyfall- review

    Good movie to watch! Craig makes a great Bond, is well-built for it, and conveys the fraility behind Bond. Bardem makes a great villian, somewhere in between Phil Seyomour-Hoffman in MI-3, and Heath Ledger in Dark Knight. We also get a glimpse of how Bond and the other characters evolved.

    Cons: Would have liked to see some more close-up fight sequence especially with Bardem, and the movie is a tad bit too long. (The fight sequence in the tower at Shanghai is great). Sam Mendes did a great job in capturing the panoramas

    All-in-all, worth a watch!!

    Exciting From Start to Finish

    The graphics were spectacular. Mind-blowing sequences throughout the movie. However, I would have liked James Bond was more than a superhero, fighting machine. I think the film could have used some romance and better development of the characters.

    Critics over rated it

    This was definitely not one of the top 5 Bonds of all time.

    Javier Bardem steals the movie otherwise it would have been a total bore

    Over all, great movie. Amazing action and story line. I do think that Ben Whishaw role as Q was not written to the fullest of his potential to act this role. He needs another movie to reall fill in the shoes, of equal genius and displinary language towards Bond. The museme scene was okay. Naomie Harris was awesome, no one could have done it better. The end movie revelation about who she really is, AWESOME!!!!!!!. The lingo in the foreplay sex scenes, was amazing. That intro sex scene with Bond on the island was down played, but worked because Bond simply was not himself. The scene is justified. Shocked that M great twist. Javier Bardem another shock! I hope this was an appeal to a SPECIAL class of viewers, otherwise, I could not relate to his behaviors and I was confused about this crime mind. No kids alllowed under 10.

    Skyfall - A Must See Movie

    We saw this movie on Thanksgiving Day. It was fabulous! Lots of action, great plot and fantastic acting. We will probably buy the DVD when it is released for home use. We will definitely see this movie again.

    Skyfall

    I thought it was one of the more extraordinary 007s. it was a little slow in them middle, but picked up and ran at an every increasing pace until the end. The reveal of what Skyfall was was terrific. All the parts were played beautifully and a nice exit for M. Also interesting to have the next M a male - especially a Fiennes male. Overall, very great entertainment.

    Too long

    I didn't think there was anything special about this bond movie. He is the usual misogynist jerk and it is really getting old. He has 3 women in this movie and he doesn't care for any of them. The other BS is unbelievable and there isn't much of a plot. Skip the theater and wait for it on DVD.

    Don't believe the hype.

    Definitely NOT a "must go" I would give this Bond a 6 out of 10.. The opening scene was entertaining and lived up to the bond billing, however, after 20 minutes it will put you to sleep. Skyfall is all hype and really does not live up to the 007 standards.

    Fall in love with Skyfall

    Must go to see this newest bond movie. Excellent acting all around with a special kudo to
    Javier Bardem for his crazy smart villain. Interesting themes of aging, loss and betrayal add complexity to what was always a rather shallow adventure ride. I thought original sets and characters added a fresh note to the venerable classic. The three hours flew by, and my husband and I had a very good time. Go!

    Best Bond in many many years. More like the older Connery/Smith movies. Great plot and characters. Just the right level of action for us Old Time 007 loyalists.

    SKYFALL is THE BEST JAMES BOND MOVIE EVER! Daniel Craig is at his peak.... THE PERFECT 007, witty, handsome, rugged yet human!!!!!! The locations and cinematography are outstanding. This movie is a real GEM!

    Best Bond Ever?

    Extremely well written, acted and directed. Follows the base Bond formula, but never gets campy. As an extreme Bond fan (we had Vespers before the movie), I can say that this may be the best Bond film ever. Without spoiling it, be alert for a lot of foreshadowing throughout the movie and enjoy!

    Still the best Bond

    Deeper, Darker then all the previous efforts and very good but not quite as excellent as Craig's previous films. Bond 24 is planned for 2014, Craig will return.

    Good, fun movie

    Really enjoyed the movie, had a lot of great action but unlike the other 2, this one felt more along the lines of an adventure movie rather than action.
    Although I didn't think it was as good as Casino Royale, which I think was excellent, It was refreshing and very enjoyable after following Quantum of Solice.
    I kind of wish there was more of a Bond girl in it, but it was also a nice change of pace to not have a bond girl on screen for 3/4 of the movie.
    All in all a good movie and fun to watch. Will buy on dvd when it comes out

    Skyfall

    Bond fans will not be disappointed with this latest effort. Fast paced most of the time, Intriguing, and generally exciting. There are a few instances where he does or doesn't do what you would expect of Bond, (or any other highly trained agent ),to do - Like pick up a weapon when you've lost yours and there may be call for one in the very near future. Other than that I loved it! Still got that theme song in my head and looking for threats around the corner. ;->

    The acting was terrific! Cinematography was superb and striking.
