    skyfall

    I have been a James bond fan for 50 years...hard to believe it has been that long...but true. I loved the back story to his life in this movie and I loved the recasting of our favorite characters. great movie. a must go for all true bond fans.

    I could tell that some folks in the audience did not get the quips...few laughed although I thougth they were terrific.

    Wow, great movie

    This is easily the best bond film ever and a great action movie period. I had high expectations going in based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. Very well done.

    Another GREAT Bond flicK!

    This is a keeper! Bond did it again! The action scenes may seem like you've seen them before, but still a great movie and with M at the center of the drama.

    He's back - Old School

    If you're not a Bond geek, then you'll love this movie. If you are a Bond geek like me, then this movie is a top 5 in the franchise. I absolutely loved it. Well done!

    Entertaining, decent ride but unsatisfying aftermath

    This is a very entertaining film. The action sequences may have been predictable but still keep you in the action. There were many corny lines that left you saying OMG. Overall, I'd see it but if you enjoyed "Casino Royale"; you might not enjoy this one since the ridiculousness of the previous Bond films creeps back in leaving a bad aftertaste upon reflection.

    So much more believable as Bond this time around!

    First, you DON'T have to see Casino Royale or Quantum of Solace before seeing this one. Daniel Craig is MUCH more believable as Bond this time and the character is much more in tune with his physicality, slightly less of his sexuality. While DC is undoubtedly sexy, he is not quite the suave type ala Pierce, Robert, or Sean. They played this to his ability - a few short/sweet steamy scenes and the rest action. This is a fantastic movie and I haven't been a fan of the last two.

    Good, But Over Hyped

    I'm a Bond fan and a big Daniel Craig fan and have seen every 007 movie ever made, but I do not agree that this is the best Bond film or even the Best Craig Bond film. I found the writing/story to be flawed, and thought Mendes direction was weak and scattered. I will not discuss specifics at this time so as not to give up spoilers for those yet to see this movie. It's a Bond movie and therefore worth the trip to the show, just not the super Bond movie that is being hyped.

    Thus I was a bit disappointed

    Daniel Craig Nails It!!!!

    "Skyfall" is an excellent movie and this just might be Daniel Craig's best effort yet as James Bond! The movie was well made, the story-line excellent, and the acting superb! I have seen every James Bond movie ever made, and if you are a James Bond fan like me SEE THIS MOVIE!!

    Reminiscing of Bonds gone by

    I went into this movie already loving it because personally, Daniel Craig is my favorite James Bond and the previous two movies did a fantastic job of bringing 007 into the modern age and make him seem more, realistic. Skyfall however, took 007 back to his roots, in the story and the movie as a whole. I felt like I was watching an old Sean Connery 007 movie or in fact any of the previous Bonds. It was the old formula they used in the first 20 James Bond films but with a new face and a new way of telling the story. And the villain was top notch, I love when the villain is not what you expected but so much more involving and interesting instead of just being a flat character that just wants to cause chaos. I was not disappointed with this film and I cannot wait to see where Bond goes from here.

    Not as Good as Casino Royale

    This is a solid, entertaining Bond film, but overrated, in my opinion. The chase scenes and the locales did not blow me away. The female "Bond Girl" type relationships didn't go anywhere -- just perfunctory. The Bond villain was the usual cliche crazed mastermind with sexually ambiguous style and evil laugh and a "plan" in which incredibly brilliant computer hacking skills aren't actually used to accomplish much of anything for him ultimately. I'm stressing the negatives just to balance out the over-the-top glowing reviews, though -- it was still entertaining (if a bit slow) and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to see a classic Bond film.

    Good not Great.

    Jumped around the world a little too much. Tried to have too many things happening at once.

    My Favorite!

    Smart, sexy, action-packed and super fun. This Bond movie was my favorite in this series with Daniel Craig. Finally he showed some real emotion...but the action kept the tempo humming. It was a great movie to see with my husband. We both had a great movie experience.

    Worse Bond Movie

    It was like watching a train wreck; terrible but you couldn't help but watch. Started off strong, lulled, then started to get interesting again, lulled, repeat again and then it just became stupid. Very disappointed

    Not much like a Bond movie

    I was some what disapointed, its not much like the old Bond Movies. It seemed just like any other action movie. No new gadgets, Not a very good plot and was boring in some parts. Could of been a lot shorter than 2 1/2 hours. Bond movies are suppose to have something that sets them apart from other action movies, this one didn't.
