    Skyfall

    We thought the movie was slow in the beginning but picked up the Bond we were used to. We missed the self driving car, exploding pen and the laser watch..bring back the gadgets!!

    Another Bond The Sky is Falling

    Wife loved it I liked it
    Craig is the man as Bond, some plot issues and weak story line but it was a fun enough movie to watch. But sadly in this instance James Bond is no Jack Reacher :(
    But go see both anyway!

    I've never been a huge Bond fan, but Daniel Craig is great.

    I went with my boyfriend. I don't know much of the James Bond history and didn't need to in order to watch this movie. As a movie standing by itself, it was great. It had a well thought out storyline and just enough action.

    Skyfall

    Back to basics, no more phony special effects (disappearing car) etc. A good old fashion hunt & chase with Craig stepping up to the plate and hitting it out of the park It's good verses evil as a former agent acts out revenge on Bond & MI6. Although slow at several points this film reenergizes the Bond franchise. Although no real "Bond girl" but non the less an exciting movie that you will want to see on the big screen abd then make it part of your collection .

    good movie to watch

    It was a good movie but nothing like other James bond movies with all kinds of stunts and fast driving. It did have some good locations.

    James Bond is BACK!

    James Bond is back, SKYFALL is by far the best of the Daniel Craig versions of '007' and one of the best Bond films ever. Gone is the "Jason Bourne" type Bond of the last two films and back is the more traditional James Bond 007 we grew up with. This time they finally got it right and I'm looking forward to the next one.

    This was a best Bond movie ever. I wasn't expecting it to be much and I was pleasantly surprised. At least 80% action.....Well worth seeing!

    Best Bond Movie Yet!

    Skyfall is action packed with a fantastic story line. Daniel Craig is absolutely believable as 007 and Javier Bardem is the perfect creepy villain. A must see for all movie-goers.

    Weakest Bond ever..literally

    I do not always write a review, but when I do… Oh well Bond, what happened? Unless Sam and Bond are planning to give the franchise a Batman Like appeal, "all touchy feely", this is one of the weakest Bond movies in a long time.

    From a beat up, sentimental Bond, a weak plot, lack of good acting and sensuality on the girls side, lack of interesting gadgets, repeated ?action? scenes from other Bond movies or recent Bourne Supremacy an Mission Impossible movies, cheesy effects (Tube Crashing.. hey remember this is rush hour and the tube was full of people a few minutes ago, what happened to the crowd, lol). Bardem played an ok villain, but even hard to sympathize with.

    All in all, if it was not for the expected hype, this is one of the weakest Bond movies I have seen in a while…

    Best Bond film yet!

    This film is the best Bond film so far with Daniel Craig in the title role. There are a few surprises along the way, too! And, as usual, at the end the door was left open for more Bond films. Stunning cinematography, brilliant effects and stunts, three hours went very quickly. Kudos to all concerned!

    Best Bond Movie Ever

    When a movie opens with Adele singing an amazing sultry ballad against a backdrop of stunning cinematogrphy (which lasts throughout the entire movie) and continues with a timely, ingelligent story line acted beautifully by a stong, gifted cast, you know you made the right choice by viewing this best Bond movie to date at an IMAX theater. I might add that this is the first movie I've ever watched on an IMAX screen. Regardless of that, I'm adding this movie to my list of all time favorites.

    Love Bond!

    But this movie wasn't wow. It was good and worth the watch for sure but I was expecting a WOW this time. The story line was a good one. I love Adel and the SkyFall song.
    Go see it in theaters for sure. Redbox won't do it justice.

    For kids, it has the typical "Bond" scenes but no detail.

    Daniel Craig is great as were his support. The villian is disgusting as usual.

    Just average - see it if you like Bond movies

    Same Bond formula as the previous Bond movies. Chases, fights, a bit of sex, fast paced for 2/3 of the movie and ending with a predictable overlong finale with film set type explosions.

    I read all the "expert" reviews before seeing this movie and almost fell for the "best Bond film ever" hype. The truth is Skyfall is just average. It is not even Craigs best - that is Casino Royale. Skyfall is just OK.

    SkyFall Soars

    The believability factor increased tremendously as Agent OO7 became a humanized modern character with weaknesses and faults that did not detract from his character it truly enhanced his screen presence. The plot was the standard good guys versus bad men with engrossing elements of the complex dance between the protangonists and antagonists. The draw on and salute to former James Bond historical details was exciting and refreshing for diehard fans. The entwined third wheel of M and her shadowy unknowns was a subplot that skillfully morphed right into the main plot with thoughtful smooth nuances that made for entertaining movie making from beginning to end!

    skyfall

    The opening sequence and theme song is spectacular. James Bond is debonair . Moneypenny as sexy as ever Surprisingly, the villain is more comic than evil and straight out of Batman . This leads to some slow points and lack of suspense . But the overall effect is that I was happy to see 007 is back . I look forward to more adventure and seduction.
