Ted is a Must GO!

withouth giving too much away, it is the ultimate fantasy with a touch of reality. gotta see it but leave the young ones at home. Theres a lot of drug use and sexual innuendos. Great movie though. For those who werent already living in the 70s and 80s some stuff like Flash Gordon may not make sense but its a great movie nonetheless.

Family Guy x 10!!

If you are a fan of Family Guy this is a must see movie. There were hardly any moments when I didn't laugh my butt off! This is great humor even if you haven't seen Famliy Guy, but it makes it that much better if you have. There are a few hidden humorous moments that you'll only understand if you've seen the episodes of Family Guy. I saw it the night it came out and will be going again this week! Can't wait to buy it on DVD. Will be watching this one over and over again!

Absolute Trash

It is a sad wotld we live in when people are laughing at a foul mouthed bear who uses the f word in EVERY sentence. Every thing that came out of this bears mouth made your mouth hang open with disgust. Totally over the top in language and drug use and stupidity. It should be rated R+++ I should have left the theater but was waiting for it to get funny. It is and absolute low in Mark Wahlberg's career. It was a role made for Jim Carey or Will Farrell

I really enjoyed it

I thought it was a funny movie. I watch all of Seth McFarlans shows (Family Guy, American Dad, etc..) so I'm into that style of humor. The acting was good, the cgi was fantastic. If you have a twisted sense of humor like I do you'll find this an enjoyable & funny movie. Definitely an adult movie.

All the things I like in a move....

...(and life) crass, crude, ignorance, and sarcasm. The standard "man lesson" is the underlying message as in all relationship movies.....women don't compromise, men do. Go with your buds. You'll enjoy it more.

I kinda knew this movie would be funny as hell. A talking adult teddy bear, rated "r", voiced by the creator of "Family Guy".....enough said!

Good, but mixed bag

My 18 year old son LOVED this movie! 60 year old mom thought parts of it were excellent, the rest uneven. The acting, particularly Mark Wahlberg and Seth McFarlane, who also directed, was excellent. Mila Kunis was wonderful. The relationships were charming, the editing and special effects were great. The inside jokes were frequently funny, often funnier than the bulk of the main points. Unfortunately for me, I found the character of Ted himself a little too self-indulgent and predictable to be actually interesting. Other than that, though, it was entertaining enough to be worth seeing -- once. Didn't quite rise to the level of MUST GO, however.

Very Funny Very Cool Special Effects

It was your typical Teddy Bear coming to life love story. Super Hot Guy Super Hot Girl - and Super Horny Teddy Bear - awesomely funny.

If you lived in Chelsea & Boston you'll love it due to the scenes -

I'd see again and I'll buy it on DVD.

Just Great

If you are wanting to laugh your *** off this movie will do it. Yes if you are not into a pretty simple plot line and some raunchy, corny jokes, you might not like it. Otherwise if you come in with an open mind, this movie will make you laugh throughout. I highly recommend it. Bravo!

Surprised me

I am not a South Park fan. When I saw the trailer I did not want to see this movie. it looked dumb.

But then I got a pass and went. The movie was AWESOME. VERY FUNNY!! Good writing and comedic timing.

I want to see this movie again and would consider buying it when it comes out on DVD.

So Wrong-So Much Fun

You will laugh till you cry at times. You will laugh when you know it is sooooo wrong. Surprisely a sweet story of a guy trying to not grow up and where that gets him. Not for kids. Language ,language , language !

Funny!

I have been to a lot of movies and I have never laughed so much. This movie is funny as hell. I went to the 2 o?clock show and the place was packed. Let your girl friend go see some dudes stripping and you go see this movie. I highly recommend this movie you will not be disappointed. Oh yeah, and there is a smoking hot girl in it to, Mila Kunis is one hot woman. I am sure there will be a sequel, if the bear does not turn into a Diva and want too much money.

It's What Your Expecting.... and More

I came to see Ted with the mindset that this film was just some laughs for the evening and a chance to see Seth's debut film. What I didn't expect was to actually for an emotional bond with Ted. This film is easily worth the price of admission and then some. This is by far the best comedy film of 2012, don't miss it!

one of the BEST MOVIES I have seen in a long time. I LOVE Seth MacFarlane. I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in a LONG time. It has tons of foul language, drugs and sex references so I would NOT take younger Family Guy fans. BUT I can't wait to see it again! WTG Seth! Make a new movie!

this movie is worth it to see!

im a college student, && when i first saw this trailer i definitely wanted to see this movie! it reminded me of bridesmaids and hangover's sense of humor.
When i walked in the theater, every seat was filled and suprisingly people that were 30's and above made up the majority that was there.
Throughout the whole movie, there was alot of laughter and people definitely enjoyed watching this movie.
this is a must watch!
