    I Love This Movie!

I enjoyed this installment. The characters seem a bit more real/believable and comfortable in their roles and I found the script more current and relate-able. I think it's great for kids and adults alike. I'll go see it again in 3D. :)

    Ice Age: Continental Dift

We took our grandchildren and every one of us loved it! So funny and entertaining. All the creatures/cast were 'real.' The music was great. Wouldn't mind seeing it again. I give it a huge thumbs up!

Ice Age a great Family Movie

    by pammys

I took my 3 grandchildren ages 8 to 14 and they all enjoyed the movie. There was a great story line that was not difficult for any age to follow. Highly recommend this movie for a good family time.

    Had it's moments

Went to see the Ice Age movie last night and it was good. Not as good as the previous three but good nonetheless. It had its funny moments, but not a break the bank movie to watch in theaters.

    Ice Age: Continental Drift

    by cnoz

We were expecting a little more from this movie. It was o.k., but could have been much better. As usual, Syd steals the scenes. He is our favorite character. The teens in the movie spoiled it. We get enough of that attitude in real life. We don't need to see it for entertainment.

    Good... not Great...

    by

I had high expectations, so perhaps that helped move my rating down a notch. It was a pretty good movie, but not spectacular like a couple of the previous ones. Overall, it's a good movie to see and I highly recommend. But don't enter with expectations that it will be the "Best Ice Age Movie Yet." :)

    Ice Age: Continental Drift

We are witnessing what is a profoundly significant morphing of movies into a digital world--where whatever the writers want to express--they can. The character, Scrat" holds the series together and provides a thread of comic relief (sometimes rather harmlessly grim). And as I said, the script writers have free rein.

It will only get better. The detail of physics, movement and character detail is now magnificent but more and more is yet to come. Everyone who sees this movie (not 'film') should contribute comments to help the artists and engineers punch through this explosion of ability.

By the way, the rendering of hair, muscles, and skin over skeleton is extremely good. The physical reaction of characters running about on a floating iceberg is the best I have seen. Please praise it if you like it.

Recommendation, see it and appreciate it for the gateway is is. Your children will be able to say "I remember when."

Ice Age 4 - Continental Drift

The movie was very good considering that is the 4th in the series. I like the strong message about the importance of family and friendship. In a world that is always about me, I like how this movie displays the true qualities about being true friends that stick together through thick and thin. It can be viewed by both children and adults, although some of the contents may not be understood completely by a young child.

    Ice Age 4

My 14 yo granddaughter and I went to see it together, we both enjoyed it. It is definitely a movie for all ages to see. I find it amazing, how these movies are made, it takes a lot of talent, in all areas, to be able to produce such a great movie.

    Good Family Fun

For a numer 4 of a movie it was good. I brought all 4 go my children ranging in ages from 16-9 and they enjoyed the movie, as well as myself. You don't have to see this movie in 3D to enjoy the action scenes and the color dynamics of the movie.

    Ice Age 4 Continental Drift

Liked the movie. My 9 year old is particularly fond of the Ice Age films. Based on the continual laughter from him I would say it is a success. They introduced a lot of new characters in this one and we loved them all. It is clear that this story will continue to grow with the new characters that were introduced to the audience.

it is so-so it wouldn't be so bad except for the simpson cartoon was a blatant propaganda cartoon supporting the democrat/socialist party b.s. supporting obama's saying if you aren't for him then you want dirty air and water. Ayn rand was a refugee from communist russia and she wrote several books describing how the communist took over the economy and people's lives that is why the democrats are trying to smear her name in the cartoon. BTW most elitest in real life are democrats lucas, kennedy gore, kerry obama spielberg lopez

    Ice Age for the AGES...

    by Jluv4

This Ice Age installment was full of action and comedy. My niece was crackin up laughing through out. With more voice contributions from today stars, it definitely set the tone for a much more "current" approach. Definitely a movie to take the kids or even the family to watch. Enjoyed it!

    ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!

My son and I absolutely loved this movie! It seems that with these movies the sequels only get better and better, which is definitely unusual. It is a must see for kids and parents!
