    Must See

I have always liked Batman but i'm not a die heart but this was great! Was worried about it being a 2 hour and 45 min movie but I never once looked at my watch as I often do in movies. Action packed must see!

    MUST SEE!!!!

Hard for me to say this but I liked this better than The Dark Knight. I thought the story was better and this film tied all three of the movies together nicely. I left the theater with a boner in my pants this movie was so good.

    Dark Knight Rises

It makes you wish Christopher Nolan was making another one. You don't often walk out of a 2 hour and 45 minute movie thinking it could have been longer.

    DKR is AWESOME!!

    by C4shM4n

Thrilling end to the best Batman Trilogy ever made! In my opinion it is just as good as The Dark Knight.
The ending was left open although Christian Bale and Christopher Nolan have stated this is their last outing as the Batman.
Bane was a little difficult to understand, but Tom Hardy did a great job as the main villain.
Great twist at the end! All in all, a great movie to wrap up a thrilling trilogy!
A little dark and atmospheric for smaller children under 13 years though.
A must-see for all Batman fans!

    Best movie all year

LOVED it! Long movie, but it doesn't seem like it when you are sitting in the theater. However, you do need to ensure you go to the bathroom before the movie because you won't want to miss anything. We didn't really like the last Batman movie, The Dark Knight. Just TOO dark for us. We were a little worried we wouldn't like this one either, but this sequel was just right. Well developed characters and good plot twists with a great ending leaving you wanting more (and setting the stage for future movies). Definitely recommend this one.

    Pleasantly surprised

Not going to say much, don't want to spoil, but I thought this movie was AMAZING! I really had no expectations going in and I was surprised by how well this film was done. Also, I received pleasant little additional shocks from the casting of some faces I have not seen in awhile, like JJ's husband from Criminal Minds, and Detective Quinn from Dexter, being an A-hole per usual. The stars of this movie gave an exceptional performance as well. My two favorites had to be Joseph Gorden-Levitt and Tom Hardy, with Anne Hathaway coming in a close third. Definitely a must see! P.S. I missed Heath, but I thought it was in good taste that they did not mention the Joker.

    The Dark Knight Rises

    by b love

Absolutely mezmerising! Must see for Batman fans! Please re-acquaint yourself with the 1st 2 movies before seeing this movie. It is not a stand alone movie, rather all 3 movies are 1 flowing story. I will no doubt see this again before it leaves theaters.

    Keep on Rising

This movie was an incredible movie for all audiences. It runs a little long, but if you are a Batman fan, you won't want it to end. Christopher Nolan's ability to move the audience's emotions at will is what sets this action movie from your typical superhero movie. Comic Book Fans will also notice an abundance of references to the Knightfall story line of DC comics.

    Good not Great!

    by CatBob

This batman movie was not what I expected. It was frustrating to see batman so weak in most of the movie. I do appreciate the different storyline, but I wanted to see more strength in batman. I liked this movie which is around a 3-star movie to me.

    Batman for Batman Fans

I feel to really appreciate this movie you have to be a full Batman fan, not just a fan of the previous movies. I like that this trilogy uses lesser known villians than the movies from the 90s. I actually went to see the Trilogy and as we were waiting between The Dark Knight and the Dark Knight Rises I made the comment that Batman in the movies is never a detective, ,he just kind of shows up beats up the bad guys and disappears. I was happy to see he actually uses some detective work in this one. Bottom line is if you are not a true Batman fan and just a Chris Nolan Batman fan you may be disappointed. I am a Batman fan and thought it was quite good, fit in with with other movies, and had a satisfying ending. I don't know if it was intentional but I particularly liked how they condensed 3 charcaters into JGL character. (I don't want to give anything more away.)

A fitting conclusion to an epic trilogy

Lets not try to comparing this to The Dark Knight, Heath Ledgers performance set that move in another plateau and wasn't going to be topped. With that said Nolan did a masterful job in capping this trilogy and it left me still thinking about the entire series in total. Was there a few gripes with it yeah sure but I cant tell you how satisfied I am with this. Nolan needs an award or something because his artistry and visionary needs to be applauded. Thank your Mr. Nolan, thank you for doing justice to the Batman mythos.
