    Absolutely Awesome

Prior to the last few months, I wondered if any comic related movie could outshine the last Batman because of the Joker then The Avengers came out. at that point i was convinced the Avengers wouldn't be beat until the next Avengers. Then I saw TDKR. WOW! The plot, the twist towards the end, freakin' Bain..Best DC movie of all time and better than any Marvel movie as well. After paying $10, for the first time i feel like i cheated the movie theater. Simply fantastic movie.

    The Dark Knight Rises

Not up to all the hype and the acting in some parts was pretty mediocre. But you'll need to see it just for the ( your) coolness factor.

    A Satisfying Conclusion

Concluding any successful series must be a formidable challenge as so few writers, directors and producers are able to pull it off. And, considering the near perfection of "The Dark Knight," a final film letdown was in the cards. This time, however, the cards were wrong!

The story line of TDKR resolved with satisfaction every plot and character threat spun from the moment "Batman Begins" began, so much so, that I would recommend reviewing the first two films in the series before heading out to this conclusion.

    safe and sound at Batman3

    by jmpkwd

Our screening was well secured by uniformed offices. In fact, someone was horsing around by jumping over the railing from the top section seats to the lower level. They were evicted before the film started.

This Batman is the quintessential finale of the trilogy. It has a well crafted, resolute plot with fascinating new characters and actors. Anne Hathaway is magnetic in her catwoman persona.

    It is a Must Go!

    BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNGGG!!

I don't see how anyone could of like this movie? I can't remembered the last time i fell ASLEEP??? Too much talking and not enough ACTION. The 1st Dark Knight was the best! Sorry! I saw BAtman and more action in the 1st one than this one. I can't believe i wasted like 3 hours and some money to go watch this. I was EXPECTING alot MORE, but nope. I wanted to walk out 30 mins into it. The JOKER would have been so much better for this movie. Also BATMAN tried to sound like the JOKER which made the movie look stupid! What else made it look stupid was 2 explosions in 2 different cities-1. New York 2.Pittsburgh. RETARDEDDDDDDDDDDD!!! If your like me and pay Attention to detail, it's like all the action scenes were Pre-based and it wasn't realistic either. I give this movie a D (75) of 100.
    TERRIBLE
P.S. No after credits either? Really, if he is gonne be alive make a freaking another DARK Knight, not just end it?!!!! Freaking STUPID TOO!

Like! A new and creative twist on Batman episodes, packed with electrifying and energizing dialogue and constant action. Very fast moving. An experience not to miss! An experience not to miss! Rate this one not for kids! My only criticism is, "where is Robin????

A movie to end the perfect saga

This by far has blown all Batman series out of the water. From Michael Keaton's portrayal of the dark character to Val Kilmers sad performance of The Batman, Christian Bale truly embodies the deep rooted anger and bitterness that Bruce Wayne's character should have had from the beginning. While I will not give any spoilers I will say from Catwomans kickass attitude to Bane's villainous actions makes this a must see summer movies!!!!!

    Wow

I did not believe this could be better than the sequel but this one was! I can only say that this is probably the only movie series that has gotten better overtime.

    Great movie

Great movie loved every bit of it. Also loved catwoman thought she was excellent and Bain was to. The way Robin was brought into the movie was great. I don't think this is the last one it raised far to many questions????

An epic ending to a phenomenal trilogy

Bigger and better than the first two films. I must say there is still something about the "The Dark Knight" that was really special and that I connected with. Number two is still my favorite but man "The Dark Knight Rises" is a hell of a film.

    Dark Knight Rises BRILLIANTLY!!!

Our family is a big fan of The Dark Knight, we anxiously awaited its arrival in theaters. To our wonder and delight Christopher Nolan delivers as promised! From the opening scene to the ending credits my family and I were totally enthralled. We laughed, we gasped and yes we even cried! From the well written plot to the portrayal of each of the beloved Characters, I was literally on the edge of my seat throughout the whole show! We were celebrating my boyfriends Mom's 60th birthday and she LOVED it! Most will ask if this is a movie for all ages.
I'd say yes since the members in our party that went to see The Dark Knight Rises were 16, 35, 52 and 60..... not one of us left the theater "WANTING" !!! Awesome and Briilliant!!! This one is a definite "MUST SEE".

    The Dark Knight Rises

Oh my god, this is absolutely the worst movie I have almost ever seen. It was so freakin boring that I fell asleep twice. Batman spent the entire half of the movie complaining how he couldn't do it anymore. His back was hurting him and he had no desire. Second, he kept getting beat up, give me a break. Then, if that's not worse he kept trying to make friends with a female enemy. Then, he loses his house, his cars and his bomb to the enemy-give me a break. When, at the end of the movie, when the Earth was almost destroyed, he says,"don't kill. Yeah! Right. I wanted to literally kill myself for just being there. Are you kidding me, who hyped up this movie? I am now discouraged on all future Batman's and will only watch someone elses dvd of it. If, that is I can stay awake.
