    Right on the Money

The Farrelley brothers made it a point to be true to the original Stooges. They hit their mark.
Go and have a good time with the movie (sure, you're 50 years older) Go with a friend that is as big a fan as you.

    Classic

If you were a fan of the Stooges (as I was growing up) you'll love this movie. The directors really resurrected the spirit of the The Three Stooges and the actors were absolutely fantastic.

    The Three Stooges

    by

My entire family thought it was great. Will Sasso does an amazing Curly. The movie was heartfelt without trying too hard. Loved Moe on reality TV. I really appreciated the "don't try this at home" stuff at the end. You know there's going to be some kid that wants to try all that slap-stick and wind up in the ER.

    Very funny for whole family

Took the wife, and two kids to see this and everyone enjoyed it very much. If you like the three stooges at all, this is very funny "and in color". First movie that the kids have sat all the way through without getting restless...they were laughing the whole time.

    Funny is the word

This movie is a great modern rendition of the original 3 Stooges. Their mannerisms and appearances does justice to the original. The comedy was in your face just like the original. The only bad thing I can say about it was that the plot was a bit predictable. But over all I loved it. My dad liked it too. He is a big 3 Stooges fan. He always loved "The Boys".

    Victim of Soycumstance

If you are a true Stooge fan; know the true Stooges, you have to see this movie! An amaZing job!! The actors truly harnessed the real Stooges- I felt like I was watching and hearing Moe Howard, Curly (Jerry) Howard, and Larry Fine. Chris Diamantopoulos (Moe), Will Sasso (Curly), and Sean Hayes (Larry) were picture perfect! The actors who played the young trio were also great! A Plus: This is a Farrelly Brothers film... if anyone knows slap-stick, it's the Farrelly Brothers!

Go see this movie Stooge fans!!!! I took my blind Dad and my 9-yr old son to see it. My son loved it and it was his first time seeing a Stooge anything. My Dad, who only heard the movie, was absolutely impressed. My Dad knows the Stooges in and out, and now he's blind- he was able to really hear the movie- he was "gosh darned impressed!"

    Thumbs up!

My husband and I agree. We haven't laughed so hard in decades. The three actors that played the parts of Larry, Curly and Moe were just fantastic. I thought that I had stepped back in time to the many laughs that I used to have all those years ago. I hope that this movie will stir the hearts of our young so that they can experience the same joy that was so good for us.

I pray that the careers of the producers and directors are sucessful and that they provide us with many movies like this to come.

    Dissappointed

I did not see 3 Stooges. I had emailed your company trying to find out what happened when I puchased the tickets online, because I purchased 2 tickets for the VACAVILLE theater for a 3pm showing - but what printed out was 2 tickets for CONCORD for 3 pm. I never got a response from you so I just went to the VACAVILLE theater and they said they would honor the tickets; however 3 stooges was not showing at VACAVILLE.

The manager at VACAVILLE said we could pick another show, which we did, DARK SHADOWS, (a really stupid movie by the way).

I will not buy tickets thru Fandango again, because the site is not updated to reflect the shows playing currently, plus you did not seem to care that my tickets were printed for the wrong theater. I am not happy with the site because it is impossible to contact a LIVING PERSON who might help when something goes wrong.

    Donfitness

Although it's difficult to pay $23 for something I watched for free for 20 years, I enjoyed this movie mainly because my 10 year old was thoroughly entertained by it.

    great actors, great plot

    by

This movie hit the nail right on the head (curly's head). The actors were as good as anyone could expect and more. Will Sasso played Curly to a tee.

The plot was just as good, it followed the same concept as in the originals but in modern day.
    excellent movie

A must see for the Stooge lover

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie from start to finish. The Farralley Brothers' big screen rendering of the classic Stooge slapstick is nothing short of amazing from start to finish. I am an almost 50 year old man that emensly enjoyed Saturday morning reruns of the classic Stooges shorts every week. I always watched them. This movie, and it's stars, provide a first class theatrical version for the old and new fan. There is such an attention to detail in the slapstick sequences that you would sware that Moe, Larry, and Curly were there actually doing them. The directors, obviously huge fans, provide a movie told in three separate parts; like three classic Stooges shorts wrapped up into one movie--complete with the classic music they used! Lots of well known actors today appear in the movie as well. Great fun for all ages, but don't try this at home--a funny postscript at the end of the movie. Highly recommended!! Innocent, clean, belly laughing fun.

    A Lot of Laughs

This movie held very true to the original Three Stooges brand of comedy, and as such, provided continuing laughs for the audience. The lead performers had the mannerisms of the Stooges down so pat that you actually forgot that it wasn't the originals. Larry David, who portrayed an ever-angry nun, was hilarious in the role. And Sofia Vergara is simply gorgeous to look at. A really fun movie.

    My boy (8y/o) loved it!

I used to watch the originals as a kid & this was fun but probably would not have like it much if I went without my 8 year old nephew. I wouldn't recommend it to adults without kids. All boy humor. Falls, hits, kicks, slaps, farts and bites. He is now a fan, expecially Curly!
