A Spirited Animated Tale Destined for The Christmas Collection.

Dreamworks delivers a fine holiday choice for kids of all ages. This tale is unique and thoroughly entertaining. The characters are easily identifiable to younger children and the hero formula pays off as always. If you're looking for a great family outing, or are just a kid at heart, you simply can't go wrong here. See it. You won't be disappointed.

    A Very Different Santa

This movie was much more exciting than I thought it would be. A tatted up Santa! A six foot Easter Bunny! Wow! I truly can't wait for this one to come out on DVD so I can add it to my collection of favorite movies.

    Rise of the Guardians

Action-packed, Pee Wee! A great show for the lads, that keeps moving and modernizes Father Christmas and the rest, to remind us why they're so cool.

    Rise of the Guardians

All 3 grandsons were transfixed from the very beginning of this movie; (2 ten-year olds and a 6 yr). Although the basic concept may have been lost on the 6 year old, he enjoyed the outrageously beautiful artwork and fast action. Theatre was packed, volume was LOUD, but nobody left or cried! We went on opening day - earliest showtime. The children in your life will love this movie - I will buy it when it's available!

    Great must see movie

This movie was one of the best I have seen in a while. It had a good story, the graphics were awesome and my 13 year old grandkids loved it. They have already told me they want it when it comes out on dvd. I would say that it might be a little scary for very young kids (maybe not if seeing it on a small screen at home) with how loud the speakers are in the theater and the great grapics on a huge screen coming at them.

Rise of the Guardians is a Surprising Holiday Delight

Traditionalists who shudder at the thought of a 6'1" Easter Bunny or a sword-wielding Santa may want to skip "Rise of the Guardians." For those of us who think that magic takes many forms and that faith, hope and belief are important, this film is an utter pleasure. Beautifully voiced by an outstanding cast, exquisitely drawn and well-directed, "Rise of the Guardians" serves as a reminder to dream. Take a break from holiday madness and treat yourself to ninety minutes of wonder.

    Better than expected

After seeing the trailers for this movie, I didn't really want to see it, but my daughter (7) wanted to so we went. After a slow, predictable start, the movie gets a lot better. There were some really funny parts. The boogeyman is a little scary for kids (but he's supposed to be, right?). Overall, it was worth the price of admission.

    Good, Funny Movie

Rise of the Guardians has an interesting and original plot. The characters have awesome personality and there is plenty of humor contained in the movie. Not sure about how I feel with portraying the Santa as a tough guy with tattoos but a softy on the inside. Still a great movie!

    Great family movie!

My husband and I went to see this movie with my parents and our 3 girls ages 10, 8 and 4.5 Thanksgiving night. All of us loved it! Great animation, story and message. Nice way to cap off the day.

Can't wait to see it again.

    by

This movie is wonderful. I can't wait to add it in to my Christmas movies collection. Even though the movie takes place around Easter. The theme of the movie is wonderful for Christmas. The action is great for younger kids, but the theme, and beliefs the movie trys to bring acrossed is more for older children. There is also some great humor for adults as well. My favorite characters has to be Santa's yetis, and Sandman.

    OMG

This film was so disappointing. It had a childish trailer and movie ended being a boring load of crap. They epect you to laugh but they suck at it.
