The croods was such an awesome movie! Dreamworks did it again, animation taken to a whole new level, the vibrant color, story line, everything. If you're a big animation fan, do go see this movie!

Cutest Kids Movie with a Lesson

Expect a little lap buddy

My little 4 year-old granddaughter Isabella is giving this review as she is the reason for seeing this movie so...Bella says "Its pretty good. I liked the people. They were funny. I really liked 'Guy' who had the fire but it was too scary for little kids. I sat on Mommy's lap. The popcorn was great."

The Croods is a very good movie. Its about family and cute little animals! My faorite character is the little leopard thats greenish. I like how they combine 2 animals feautures into 1 animal! I aso liked how the Croods were always trying to steal animals eggs. I think Eep was the most talented I also liked Guy. I liked all the amimals the most like the leopard, cat in the beginning, 1 tailed lemurs, Douglas, and the sloth. GREAT MOVIE!

It's ok, it seemed like it's geared towards younger kids, it had a good message in it, I wouldn't see it again, but my Son liked it a lot!

I LOVE IT

The croods is a very colorful, dreamy land. Its a place were kids will be fasinated by so many things.I truely loved this movie for kids. Its a nice way to pass the day. sitting down relaxing watching a very entertaining movie.

Great Movie

Great movie about the simple things how a man/father loves his family and will do anything to protect them. There are also alot of lessons in the movie for an over protective father to a mischievous daughter but the main one to simplify everything is change is good.

The Croods Was very Cute!

Great movie to take your kids to go see. Dreamworks did an amazing job with the colorful scenery and the interactions between the characters and their environment.

My daughter absolutly loved it, and wants to go see it again.

Cute story, great morals, and overal great movie!!!!

Forget the kids, watch on a Date Night

Absolutely entertaining and hilarious throughout. The cinematography is just incredible and the characters are a great mash-up. I can't wait for the stuffed animals to come out I want "Belt" and the Saber tooth tiger who is adorable for my collection. I really look forward to Part 2 and 3, if the studio has them in mind then I'm sending you a big Thank You!

The Croods in 2D is a fun movie for a family

I recommend The Croods 2D for kids ages 7 and up.
The Croods 2D is a must see movie for it`s animation,story,voice over,funny phrases.
Parents please keep in mind that this movie is rated PG for the characters are in danger.
I don`t recommend this movie for kids under age 7 because of the danger to the characters some scenes may scare them.
Also in The Croods 2D there is talk about "follow the light". They say that because they are telling you to follow the sun.

Its was my kids night out and they pick the croods...I thought i would fall asleep on this but very funny movie based on family life...even if their cavemen.

Good for the kids

I gave this movie a So-So rating because it lacks the sophistication and humor of Studio Ghibli or Pixar, but it's not a bad movie.
Take your kids to see this movie, but don't expect to be as entertained as they will be. I like the movie's artistic style and originality. These aren't Jurassic Park dinosaurs, but they'll make great Happy Meal toys!
A lot of recent animated movies have tried to broaden their market by offering more adult humor and emotions. The Croods focuses on the younger audience, and it does a good job of it. Too often, cartoons for kids are too simple and juvenile. This movie has a fun story, some great action, very good artwork, and some cool characters, dinosaurs included.

actually laughed out loud

I enjoyed this just as much as my 9 and 12 year old. The animation is gorgeous but the actions of cavemen really reminded us all how much we have evolved LOL

Loved this movie! Took my 6yr old son and we laughed and laughed!!
I would recommend this movie to any age. I would see it again!!
