Hotel Transylvania was one of the cutest kids movies I've seen! My seven year old daughter absolutely loved it. At the end she said she already wanted to watch it again.:)

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY

I guess I should have taken the time to read the reviews. It looked like it would be a great movie, what a dissapointment. After the first 15 minutes, I knew I had picked a bomb. There was no story, I could have written a better one!!!! Save your money & stay away from this one.

Cute for up to age 10

Hotel Transylvania was ok. I would recommend waiting for the dollar movies or catch it on Net Flix. The characters were cute but it did not drawn us in and keep our interest. Cute for the younger kids - my son is 11 and wasnt to thrilled with it. Next up Frankenweenie..

HILLARIOUS!!!!!!

This movie is one of the funniest movies i've ever seen and i'm 37! This movie is a great movie to entertain your kids. I recommend this movie for your family.

Really cute movie. It has my husband and daughter written all over it. Lots of funny parts for adults too. It will definately be a purchase for us when it comes out on Dvd.

it isn't Pixar, but it is cute, and there is enough to entertain adults as well as kids. I think some of the humor will be lost on younger children, but i suspect it is there because they understood, parents would be there too!

Good for the short people.

This was decent. The animation was the current style, the story was passable. Most importantly, this was a good time for the little people. With a young son and daughter, I'd better be cool with spending the time and money on a show for them-- and this fit the bill. The humor wasn't inappropriate, and the situations were funny. After _Paranorman,_ these are things I've apparently got to consider.

If you're going to take the kids to a movie and want one you'll like and not worry about it being questionable for them? This fits the bill.

Great animated move for all ages.

I went to see this because my Mom wanted to see it and I had seen the commercials and I didn't expect it to be as funny and as good as it looked! It has many memorable moments and slapstick humor that I love, and it is very entertaining for fans of Dracula and all the Universal Monsters.

We laughed out loud!

I took my 9 and 16 year old daughters to see this movie last night. Despite our wide age differences, we ALL loved it! In fact, my oldest daughter and I laughed the hardest! Take the family!

Not only is this a great movie for kids, but also adults. I absolutely loved this film! The voices of the characters are some we haven't heard or at least for awhile (people who watch SNL will know them) It truly is for any age, you will have fun with all the characters while watching. It has amazing humor to it, which makes it great for adults. This is a movie you don't want to wait till DVD!

Frightfully fun!

Overall, I though this was one of Adam Sandler's better works. He does a good Dracula voice, even if the character himself doesn't do the "blah, blah, blah" bit. It was scary, but "funny scary", not "dark scary" like those Saw films or Paranormal Activity. This would be a good film to see on Halloween. And you'll like this if you're a Selena Gomez fan (she plays Mavis, and she should be used to monsters since she's a Disney Channel wizard!). The story reminds me of Monsters, Inc., where monsters are scared of humans, but in this case, the human is a teen who falls in love with Mavis. The one who directed this film also did a good job, since he's behind the Cartoon Network hits Dexter's Laboratory and many others. My review: This movie is FRIGHTFULLY FUN for the entire family!

Very Funny

I took m cute movie my three and ten year old to see this movie and they laughed the whole time. The humor was funny and did not rely on talking about or actually farting/burping/pooping or violence between the characters to make kids laugh (although there was some of that humor it wasn't over the top like most kids comedies). It had a sweet story line about a loving father having to let his baby girl grow up and spread her wings.

We really enjoyed it!

I took my 7yo daughter and she really liked it. Funny though - more adults were laughing than the kids as quite a bit of the humor was more geared toward the adults with references to old cartoons and TV series. I can't wait to have this in my collection.
