The 3D technology in Tron: Legacy was developed post Avatar and represents the most advanced existing in the world today (with the same 3D cameras that Cameron utilized in Avatar deployed here for Tron: Legacy).

Even though it is a switch between 2D and 3D during the movie, it is a great ride. It is well worth the price to feel and see the newer 3D technology. I love this movie.

AWESOME!! Just saw it, definately a MUST SEE for all TRON lovers, I do recommend to watch the original movie before going to this one, good refresher, and re-orientates you to all the "systems".

you can go here : [BLOCKED WEBSITE] and download the original. Lots faster than finding a store that has it to rent.
