Berenice Marlohe resets the bar for all Bond girls to come, and she's a standout as one of the most beautiful of all the women to appear in the Bond films. Bear in mind that I saw DR. NO in its original U.S. release, as well as all the Connery, Moore, & Dalton films when they first came out.

I think this list in many ways is upside down. Many that are in the 20 to 40 list deserve to be in the top 10. And of course you have Ursula Andress in first place. I think she has been way over rated for many years. It's time for a fresh perspective.
