I went on to Wikipedia and there were a number of films that he acted in that were not in your list. [BLOCKED WEBSITE]

Great actor, I really didn't recognize Denzel until the titans, wheres the one when he holds up in a hospital, trying to force a doctor to perform a miracle to save his son?

Ricochet was the Denzel Washington movie that established him as a sex-symbol. My girlfriends & I used to have Denzel parties, where we'd watch that movie & scream every time he came on screen... Oh my we loved us some Denzel & Ricochet was THE Denzel movie!

You forgot two of my favorite Denzel Washington movies: 1. Deja Vu - I've written extensively on the plot of this sci-fi movie. My main thesis is that what you see up to his entering the time machine was what happened prior to his FIRST trip back. What you see after is probably (we've been debating how many times he went back in time) his FIFTH trip back. trippy movie! 2. Much Ado About Nothing - One of Kenneth Branagh's great William Shakespeare adaptations for the screen. Denzel was terrific as Don Pedro despite having Keanu Reeves as a brother! ;-)

You missed the controversial health care film "John Q"! He was amazing as a father forced to extreme measures to get a life saving operation for his son. A timely film and a wonderful performance.

Absolutely correct. This list is incomplete without this outstanding film. His role is critical in the ensemble cast and is as important as Glory.

1.Mississippi Masala 2.Out of Time--maybe not his best, but it was highly entertaining! 3.The Preacher's Wife-one of the remakes that wasn't a disgrace to its original.
