Mustangs are classic. Shelby Mustangs are that much more classic. We're not sure about Nic Cage in the redux. But Shelby Mustangs are still classic.
There is ONE James Bond car that often gets overlooked:
The 1972 AMC Javelin (forgot which movie it was in).
Now THAT was a sweet ride!
I should know--I OWNED one of those bad boys up until 1987.
Sure do miss my little rocketship!
The number one most bad*** car ever made was and still is the LANDMASTER! Built from scratch for the movie Damnation Alley. That thing was not just movie tough it is quoted as having made a 25 ft drop at 55 mph with no damage. It had a floatation section built into the base letting it float across water under power, it had multiple powered wheels mounted on a unique three point cage at each axle which it could selectively rotate to get over oversized obstacles, It steered by shifting it's articulated center using hydraulic rams, and was actually bulletproof having 3/8 in think metal bady panels. It was on the show circuit recently until it was vandalized while in storage between shows. But it is a survivor and we may see it again.
How about the White Lamborghini Countache driven by Adrienne Barbeau in the Gumball Ralley? At the time they made that film.. It was probably ( THE ) fastest car on the Planet. BTW.. Countache in Italian translates to OH SH*%! For that reason alone... The Coolest Car Ever!!!!
what about Ecto-1 from Ghostbusters? it may have been old, it may have been kinda crappy, but it was still a seriously awesome car. I mean, who doesn't want to go riding around in that car with the sirens blaring?
I always liked Stallone's chopped Merc in Cobra
Nothing is cooler , in movie or t.v., than the Barris 1966 BATMOBILE
Agree with most of this list - though I don't know if I would qualify Thelma an Louise's care as bad@$$. You definitely missed the 1970 Dodge Challenger from the original Vanishing Point, the 1983 Dodge Turbo Interceptor from The Wraith (horrible move GREAT bad@$$ car), and the AWSOME 1950 chop top Mercury from Cobra!!!
Sacond the dodge turbo interceptor from Wraith. bad*** car weakass movie.
you missed the white 1970 Dodge 440 in Vanishing Point
How about the camaro in the John Cusack Classic " Better off dead.
oh and heres something allthough its NOT a car but a motorcycle what about the Captain America chopper from Easy Rider
the A-team van and dragula from the Munsters even though thats a tv show not a movie should definately be there and what about Ecto1 from the Ghostbusters and definately almost any car from American Graffitti and also a tv show but KIT from knightrider should not be left out ....its KIT duh

Christine is the best!!!!
Everybody seems to have forgotten about the most smart-***, bad-a** out there - Herbie!
how about all of speedracer?! just put the movie down as bad*** car... i mean come on how did the mach 5 not make the list, or better yet, racer x's car. sorry don't know what its called. also, any car that jason bourne drove became awesome. and finally, 1967 pontiac firebird in the matrix reloaded. definition of bad*** right there. agents jumping on top of cars, ninja swords chopping up trucks, machine guns putting bullets in everything, cop cars chasing them and a motorcycle amidst all of that, but the car that stuck out the most was that pontiac firebird. beautiful.
Bumblebee is deserving too, I agree I like it better as a car. THe ferrari from ferris bueller was a kit car, they never made a real convertible in the GTO. But the real hardtop versions sell upwards of 6 million! I think the late pink floyd drummer bought one. THose Austin martins look fun. Mini's shouldn't be on this list IMO.
When the holidays dip below the South Pole...
This list of amazing Hollywood ensembles isn't definitive, but for a taste of some of the greatest casts of all time,...
