Transformers may be the biggest movie ever to be based on a scrap of plastic kids played with, but it wasn’t the first; that dubious honor goes to 1987’s Masters of the Universe, starring Dolph Lundgren as the ludicrously monikered He-Man. The trend rolls on, with a bunch of movies based on toys in the works—proving Hollywood’s really just full of big kids after all.
