Nevermind that Rudd's character is gay -- the best friend connection between him and Jen is so strong, we can't ignore their chemistry. And neither can Jen, who happens to be pregnant with her overbearing boyfriend's baby. Even with a bunch of complications that sexual orientation present, we can't help but wish that the two would find true love and friendship—and they do, in a most bittersweet way.

I think Jen is a fantastic actress. she has had so many roles. Comedy/Romance seems to be her area, and she does it well. Its easy to like Jen and its fun to watch her movies. What could possible be wrong with that. As for the guy that doesn't like her....don't watch. But that doesn't mean she is a bad actress....she if very good at what she does. Keep at it Jen many enjoy you. My favorite was Ben Affleck....in he just not that into you. Both brought in great acting. I would like to see her team up with ashton kutcher. i think they would bring in good comedy.

I love Jennifer Aniston, and I think she plays her roles well. I would have liked to have seen Bruce Almighty up there as well. Bounty Hunter...Gerald Butler...I don't know how believeable that couple really was.

Still can't understand why people think Jen's such a great actress. Clearly this list proves not. In most of her movies, I don't even find her likable. I don't think it's the guys causing the lack of chemistry here. I did like her on TV so am bemused why that doesn't translate to film. Perhaps it's her choice of film vehicles. I'd like to see her out of the rom-com situations and do a real film. Then we'd know for sure if this star can really shine.

Great idea for a fun article. I agree with this list. Office Space and The Breakup were two of her best roles. I wonder how much the writing/directing affects the chemistry, because the 'best' list simply has the better films as well. I also like that 'Friends' was left out of this list. :-) Great job. Bounty Hunter-big lack of chemistry,Bruce Almighty too unbelievable and Derailed,if she wasn't who she ended up being,they definitely had the hot going on. All in all I liked her and Owen together the most,with Stiller a close second.
