Before you immediately think that folks are scheming up a reality show based on real-life teenage vampires and werewolves, let me lay this one on straight: it’s not happening. While I’d personally love to see a reality show based on the lives of those who obsess over all things Twilight morning, noon and night, it seems producers have something else in mind.
Twilight, New Moon
I think if you tied it throughout to the movie series, and came up with some interesting local folk to follow, then it could be something that develops a life of its own. On first idea, though, this works more as a tie-in documentary when the next film comes out.
That's grasping at straws .... plain stupid ! I'd never watch it ...
Pass. I mean I can see, as you said, one specialty episode on the travel channel or something, just to show what the town actually looks like and some of the ridiculous, yet creative, tourist traps they have thenst instilled there--but certainly not an entire show based on the current goings-on in forks. Even the overly obsessed "die hard" twilight fans have to draw the line somewhere!
And just to forestall any ideas to make the twilight saga into a cartoon or anything of that sort: PLEASE refrain! The poor series has had to deal with enough already when (no offense intended) Catherine Hardwicke butchered the first movie!
I think it's a great idea! But it shouldn't start until after the 4th one movie comes out then it could be a continuing series....But only Stephenie Myer should write it so she could do what she wanted with the series.
I do not watch so-called reality shows. They seem to try and out do each other on debasing humanity. I love Twilight and I have been to Forks, but I think this show as a series would be demeaning. Maybe a one-time documentary.
well... i think that once all of the movies have been made it might be interesting to see a series of the vamp family including our beloved bella... i guess its up to Stephanie and producers to explore more adventures... i mean Stephanie seems to leave Breaking Dawn at an open end where readers are unbelievable content but some readers like me are fascinated and want to know more about the couple... im just greedy i guess
i think the show would be great...I can't get enough of Bella, Edward, and the Cullens Family. The show will turn out great. i love the idea!!!
NOT a reality show, but maybe a series that continues the story of twilight. The vampire diaries is doing that but the show does NOT follow the books at all and is frustrating, so there needs to be a Twilight series...NOT a reality show! DUH!
Now this has gone too far...though my niece might be happy to check it out.
Forks is actually is in the heart of a very beautiful place in the world. Rich with wildlife, near the grand olympic mountain range and the amazing pacific coast. It might do the country some good, to explore the reality of the tribal nations, and the interactions with a modern world, set in the context of such natural beauty.
I think they would be an interesting show and I'd so watch it just cuz it has to do wit twilight kinda lol.
I could picture an interesting documentary, but a full out series... nah.. That would get boring fast. But, again, a single documentary, showing the impact these books have had on the community, as far as economics, status, unity, recognition, etc., that might be an interesting one shot.
No. Not at all. That's just plain stupid. It might make a semi interesting documentary about how a small town can make a living off of a movie that was filmed there and has reached international popularity. but I don't think it'd be more then an hour, and they'd make more then one. I think the one about crazed teenagers who actually think they're vampires/werewolves would be hilarious though. But not because of Twilight.
sounds boring. i could see myself watching one episode but no more then that.
"Welcome to the party, pal."
"I am serious... and don't call me Shirley."
"When am I gonna learn how to punch?"
"These go to eleven."
"Benjamin, have you ever been severely beaten about the face & neck?"
"Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming."
"You're gonna need a bigger boat."
"Jessica's got cable."
