Greetings, computer-savvy moviegoers! To welcome you to the Troniverse and hype you up for Tron: Legacy, which hits theaters Friday, Dec. 17, we're giving away $50 in Fandango Bucks to five lucky winners. You can check out our exclusive limited edition Tron designs, one of which features Jeff Bridges looking at himself—about 30 years younger!
Technology these days allows actors to play any age—a real treat for Bridges, who revisits the cyber world he left 28 years ago when the original Tron opened. To enter our giveaway, post a comment to this blog post [one comment per entrant, please] with your answer to the following question: If you could revisit any age, how old would you choose to be and why? While you're pondering the possibilities, check out what's happening on The Grid via our Tron: Legacy Guide. Enter one comment from now until 11:59 p.m. PST, on Dec. 17, 2010, and we’ll randomly select five winners to receive free Fandango Bucks!
Tron 2, Jeff Bridges
Movie seems interesting. Gotta watch it!
I would be 25 - young and happy and all the choices in the world open to me.
12 years old ... My son is that age now, and he seems to be having a blast!
I've never seen Tron.
I would go back to when I was 15 and change who I hung out with in high school. Made some really bad choices and now I am paying for them.
If I could visit any age I would like to be 13/14 years because when I was this age I wasen't that good with one of my junior High School teachers and he was on of the best teachers that I've ever had. I did some bad things to him like putting hair in his coffee and I would love to see him again so that I can say sorry for the things I did to him. I would like to be this age again so that I can be a good girl and don't do bad things like I did to this teacher I am verry sorry for wat I did to him.
If I could revisit any age, I would again be 35, when our children were young and the family was centered around their interests and our lives as a family unit.
I would go back to age 16-17 when I was a junior in high school. I had a sports injury that derailed my dream of a career because I tried to play through it. I would also buy stocks and bet on sports with the knowledge of future events.
The future with my fiancée, I would choose this because then I could jump right past 4 years of school and enjoy the good life together. So I suppose ~24-28.
I remember being so fascinated by the original Tron that it inspired me to dream big and become the visual artist I am today. To be able to see what technology has created with this movie will inspire me even more. Thanks
I would like to go back to the age of about 28 years old. I would have finished High School and Collage. Also I would invest in stock like Microsoft and DOT coms.
Can't wait to see tron, This was my favorite arcade game, long ago
I would choose to be 26 yrs. old again. That is when I met My Fiance and my whole life changed, for the best. He has been such an Amazing man and great support. I would Love to revisit that time again.
i would choose to be 16,because highschool was so fun!
if i could go back in time it would be back to age 18 but only if i can keep everything that i know up to this date. that way some mistakes wouldn't happen a second time. otherwise, i wouldn't change a thing.
I'd be 16 again. I would love to redo high school. Leave insecurities behind and be friends with everyone.
I would be 12 again. Back in NJ with my friends and family and both of my grandparents would still be alive.
I will go back to 6 years old when I was a kid and didnt know any better. I was Inocent and naive. My family was together there were no problems no bills no worries nothing... It was fun fun and fun and didnt know what was going on around me. Is not because I want a problems free life or an easy life that I wish i could back to that time; lets accept it theres no such thing! theres always problem and things we gotta experience and go through to make us grow up and become better persons but the reason Id like going back to the time is because all my family was in good terms and we were always together. I miss that.
A good way to spend this weekend, unwind before Christmas with some great entertainment
I would go back to 2001 when my sister passed to give her just one more hug.
I would return to the age of 5, just before my mother died, and make a recording of her telling me she loved me.
I would love to be about 25 again with the knowledge I have now. They I could make some different decisions at that time in my life.
I would revisit 15 and know so much more about girls and life. That and hopefully about the future so I could make some awesome bets.
"Welcome to the party, pal."
"I am serious... and don't call me Shirley."
"When am I gonna learn how to punch?"
"These go to eleven."
"Benjamin, have you ever been severely beaten about the face & neck?"
"Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming."
"You're gonna need a bigger boat."
"Jessica's got cable."
