We’ve talked previously about The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, and how the book features some pretty horrific moments that will be hard to adapt for a movie without slapping said movie with an R rating. Obviously we all know Summit Entertainment is not going to risk an R-rating on their final two-part Twilight film, but if you listen to Robert Pattinson, it sounds like they’re going to have to get pretty creative in the editing room.

While speaking to Entertainment Weekly for their latest edition, Pattinson addressed the hot-button issue by noting, "I just can't see how it's going to be PG-13 ... unless they cut everything out." He goes on to add, "There's some interesting and weird stuff going on -- really very, very, very strange. It's great. For a big, mainstream movie, it's the most obscure storyline and really outside the box. It's a horror movie."
We know there’s some pretty nasty childbirth-related scenes included, though we’ve been previously told that a lot of that action will take place off camera. Even so, it would appear as if they filmed all the nasty stuff, because in another interview Pattinson admits to having performed a certain kind of childbirth-related surgery with his teeth. Um, nasty.
