With all the director swaps going on with Paranormal Activity 2, we weren't sure whether the film was still going to make its October release date. Now that they've brought Kip Williams on to helm, though, Variety says the film is now on schedule to hit theaters October 22nd, 2010, opposite … Saw VII 3D!
Paranormal Activity 2, Saw VII 3D
Paranormal Activity 2 will make more than Saw 3d. saw had done too many movies
and i fall asleep in the saw movies after saw 3. Paranormal Activity scared the sh*t out of me
and the second one doesnt chanege the aspect of the first one(unlike blair witch). it still has the cameras, same house, but diffrent people

It has been about a week...I guess ducks is speechless. Sucks for ducks...cannot handle the truth.
everyone has different opinions about movies, so go watch what you like... its YOUR money right ? if you think Saw is worth your cash then go see that. i personally think Paranormal Activity is based on something alot more likely to happen than Saw.. so i just happen to think that it's a better story. so stop being a deuche about it nut gobbler.
You called me nut gobbler...how are we that different?
^^^^ you ^^^^ you ^^^^ you. Now I am being a deuche about it. I was the most sensible one on here. You are a pinhead.Look that word up.
thaKingpiN should rip his **** off, mix the blood and piss, and feed it to ducks31.
hahaha WOOOOW why is this even a question ? Saw movies have never been even a hint of scary, just a bit gory , thats about it... Paranormal actually had some pretty scary moments there... whoever thought paranormal sucked doesnt have an open mind. and probably thought saw was one of the scariest movies of all time haha
Oh hahaha....I'VE got an open mind and YOU don't. Hardy har har. That is all I hear dude. You say things to call people out and I am out. Listen, Saw is not about being scary, it is about being philosophical on top of the gore...does Paranormal do that...no. Paranormal was not even as scary as Blair Witch by the way (forests are scarier than houses). ^^^^ your idea of an open mind because you do not know me.
Where'd you steal your name--Daredevil?
If other people want to comment, do not be scared. My bite is not that bad. I hope you wouldn't be scared of annoying little old me?
Mr. Has no life here. I was just reading some posts on imdb about the upcoming film. Funny stuff. Anyways, I have determined that the facebook fan pages have more fans (Saw) and the myspace fan pages tend to have more fans (Saw). Given the fact that Blair Witch 2 did not do as well as the first (despite how both of them were good), my money is that the PA 2 will not sustain when its fan base is not even out in full numbers.
Well allister, you're disregarding the fact that over 150,000 fans of Paranormal had their names attached to the end of the movie. What kind of hartard are you dude? The fan base is still out there, just not talking butt sucker.
Oh really, you know, people are going to think you have split personality or something dude! But I hear your point. I just wonder if other people will concur with you about the fan base. Maybe they know something "we" don't.
paranormal activity totally sucked! worst movie i have ever seen. the saw movies have there once and a while scary moments and Alot of gore but how many more movies can they make until it starts getting ridiculous. if they would have stopped making them after a couple movies it would be a totally different story.
Yeah...do you have anything original to say...do you have anything to say at all...anything worth reading you ^^^^ up?
You all know this was an April Fools joke right?
What was an April Fools joke? Think you have something figured out that we all do not? Think your smarter? Ha ha...april fools because you posted the day after April 1! Ha ha ha
I'm not sayin I don't like the handy cam thing, it's just that we got the point... It's over
Saw ended at 1.There was no need for sequals, until lions gate realized they could actually make money for once.Don't get me wrong I love horror movies I love gore and I love violence but horror movies shouldn't go past the point of the original. When movies, especially horror, are taken from their creator, they fall apart(NightmareOnElmSt,FridayThe13th,Halloween,hellraiser,etc.)it's when the creature keeps it up(scream excluded)is when it stays fresh and to the point, the evil dead series says it all.PA on the other hand was just scare tactics that movie studios jumped on after cloverfield.Movies like quarentine and pa are just mindless moneymakers. It failed for Blairwitch and itll fail for the next gen of these movie, eventually
I just realized, there Was NO point to your comment. Mindless chatter. Nightmare on Elm was not that great--graphics were cheesey and the ending had no reward. So, stop supporting "classics" just to support "classics" and think for yourself.
From talking to a few people I found that the people who did not normally like horror movies liked PA. When I saw PA, I felt like I was watching a really tame episode of Ghost Hunters. Even the "exciting" ending was boring.
I found the ending to be the most terrifying, but only the ending. I found the same thing that those who are not horror buffs all of a sudden liked PA. Where were they when Blair Witch came out? And people thought that PA's filming was original? Thanks for your thoughts man.
Saw VII ,for those who have not kept up saw VI was really good so hopefully it continues on that path . . i dont know about the 3D part . . Its either gonna be successful or they should just leave it for animated films (by the way The Final Destination 3D SUCKED!)
All due respect to those that like these two movies, I won't be going to see either of them. They are cheap movies with nothing to offer other than cookie cutter scripts that are designed to take your hard earned dollars.
As for allister101, your maturity shows in the way you respond to anyone who dislikes these movies or your favorite aka Apr 2nd 2010 7:07AM
Get off this thread butt hole eater.
Grow up and respect other peoples opinions. Oh, and find something to do other than sitting on here and responding to every post.
Waiting for the insults to begin in 3.....2......1.......
"Welcome to the party, pal."
"I am serious... and don't call me Shirley."
"When am I gonna learn how to punch?"
"These go to eleven."
"Benjamin, have you ever been severely beaten about the face & neck?"
"Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming."
"You're gonna need a bigger boat."
"Jessica's got cable."
