Learn About ‘Scott Pilgrim vs. the World’ in One Minute

By now you’ve probably seen at least one trailer for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, and at this point you’re probably thinking that it looks pretty cool, though you might not understand exactly what’s going on. With multiple video game references, tons of different cast members, and some extremely hyper-stylized action sequences, I could see how Scott Pilgrim vs. the World may confuse some people up front. After all, it is based on a six-volume comic series and is set in Toronto, Canada.

Good news for those trying to decide if this film belongs in their wheelhouse is that a new video has popped up that uses footage from the trailers to piece together the story in one minute. The narrator talks fast, but the video does help add some substance to the scenes we’ve seen in the trailer, and they also help serve as a little “Idiot’s Guide to Scott Pilgrim” for folks itching for a little more information before committing to the film in full.
