Kristen Stewart's Secret to Success: Lip Biting

Some actors and actresses make their mark by doing funny voices or dressing up in ridiculous costumes, while others simply go with the small, memorable facial movements over and over and over again. That's what brings us to Twilight star Kristen Stewart, who at some point during her fairly new-ish career decided it might be a good idea to give most (if not all) her characters the same trait: lip biting.

 
Thanks to the fine folks over at College Humor, we now have visual proof of Stewart's lip biting (condition? addiction? obsession?), as they've gone ahead and put together a video montage of all the times she's bitten those lips over the years. Watching it I can't help but think, damn, how are her lips not bleeding by now?
 
And it's not like she's trying to be seductive or anything – I truly believe there's an art when it comes to lip biting. One can either slowly bite their lip while raising their eyebrows in a seductive manner, or they can do what Stewart does: the fast, inquisitive biting of the lip. It's almost as if she's puzzled by something, and the more she bites her lip the faster a solution will present itself.
 
But feel free to disagree after watching the video below. Do you think Stewart bites her lip too much, or is it just the right amount?

    the way she bites that lip tho... god it makes me melt, just to have a women look at me like that and then bite her lip .. i would just die
