While much of the focus on Kristen Stewart will be on the release of the final Twilight film (hitting theaters next Friday), the actress has gradually been transitioning into her post-Twilight film career.
Over the past few years, in between Twilight movies, she's starred in Adventureland, Welcome to the Rileys, The Runaways, Snow White and the Huntsman and On the Road, out in theaters December 21 and currently making the film festival rounds.
What's next for her besides a rumored role in the Huntsman sequel? It appears Stewart may be lining up a co-starring role with current awards contender Ben Affleck in the comedy Focus.
The film centers on a veteran grifter who takes a young, attractive woman under his wings. Things get complicated though, when they become romantically involved.
Ryan Gosling was originally cast in the role, but dropped out. The role was then offered to Brad Pitt, who declined and after further searching, Affleck landed the lead role.
Do you like Stewart as his co-star? Would you prefer to see a different actress take on the role?

Kristen Stewart, Ben Affleck
I swear this girl Must be seriously connected or the devil. How she continues to appear in these films absolutely floors me. I just do not see the appeal. I never see emotion in her face, she is even a decent actor. I love me some Ben Affleck! He has worked so hard for respect in this industry. A feat I don't understand because I love him as an actor (as previously stated). I do not understand why she would receive any consideration however, this is the man who bought us The Town and deliverance of some of the best speeches in a movie (Chasing Amy, Boiler Room...). Perhaps we should have a little faith.
Horrible choice. While Affleck has grown as an actor, screenwriter and now director, Stewart is not at the same level. Putting aside the luck of landing in a franchise such as "Twilight", the rest of her acting career does not reflect an actress with range. Characters with insecure awkwardness she plays very well, hopefully she'll start challenging her self to break out of that character type.
"Welcome to the party, pal."
"I am serious... and don't call me Shirley."
"When am I gonna learn how to punch?"
"These go to eleven."
"Benjamin, have you ever been severely beaten about the face & neck?"
"Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming."
"You're gonna need a bigger boat."
"Jessica's got cable."
